"The. Place is very nice. Sadly I had not been back to Maui since I moved to New Zealand 20 years ago. Very sad so see it so crowded and commercial. Will not be going back. The Cook Islands, Fiji, Outer islands of Tahiti offer more culture and custom and far less hard sell and urban commercialism. Want to really get away, try Nuku Hiva Marquesas Islands. Even New Zealand is less commercialised."

"The condo is in simply a fantastic location with a great view, easy access to snorkel with turtles and a great sandy beach a short walk. Our teenage sons had a blast boogie boarding and body surfing. The condo was very comfortable for 5 and very well equipped."

"Our stay at Napilii Shores was absolutely wonderful!
The unit is super clean and as previous reviews have already mentioned, it comes with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. It has ocean view, is minutes away from the beach and you can hear the waves in a distance. Just a marvelous place to spend your vacation regardless of age! We traveled with two 17 yo boys, and they loved it too!
We rented snorkel equipment on site. The price is similar to other places, the quality is good and the pick-up is quick. After trying different places for snorkeling, we ended up liking Napili Bay the best. It is easy to get in to, and if you go past the outer reef, you'll see turtles, but be mindful of the swells. We saw turtles by the rocks too, just below the Gazebo, and whales in a distance.
We ordered take-out breakfast from the Gazebo (after 8AM) to avoid the line, or waited until lunch at 11-11.30 when the line was shorter. In our opinion, their pancakes were just so-so and served with Cool-Whip but their Cajun Chicken was great and nothing could beat the view!
We also had take-out from Iron Imu BBQ. Their ribs were excellent, their chorizo stuffed chicken fantastic and the price really reasonable especially if you make your own sides.
If you have time, walk to the Seaside Restaurant at the other end of the beach. Beautiful setting! Check their Happy Hour, and go there for a drink and an early dinner. It gets pricey after 5 PM. Shoes and shirts required.
Thank you Jeanne for being such a great host. We will definitely try to come again!"
