  • Felt like our own piece of paradise!

"My husband and I have had been stressed with contractors from h***, and so this relaxing, comfortable place let us forget all about reality for the time we were here. I can not express in the limited space, what a wonderful place this is. The owners are amazing! Very helpful with local places to eat and visits as well as things to do during your stay. Loved the way we felt like we were in a tropical jungle, with the rain, the birds and wonderful breeze. The beach is only steps away and so nice and close to be able to use your own bathroom while on the beach...yes, it's that close. The property is very well maintained. The studio is very clean and it was so nice to have access to local shopping for groceries, as we don't like to eat out for every meal. I would recommend this jewel of a place to everyone. Merriman's is a close restaurant and it was fabulous! The nearby rental for paddle boards was super reasonable! Snorkel gear too, as the bay is full of turtles and colorful fish. You don't have to travel anywhere, nor swim out far at all to see the underwater life. The bay water is wonderfully warm and a perfect beach to swim and float. I can't say enough about this wonderful place in Napili and almost don't want to, so that it won't get over populated. It's the best, to get up early and walk/run the beach...what a great workout!!! The people were so friendly too...as we met a great couple that live near us on the mainland and plan to meet up with again. Aloha and Mahalo to the owners...we had a wonderfully relaxed vacation! We will definintely be back!"

  • Great Napili Studio

"We spent one week at this cozy well situated Napili Condo and would definitely stay there again. The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in and we were within a few steps of Napili Bay Beach. This condo is also within a short walk of the start of the beautiful beachside path which takes you past D.T Fleming Beach Park."

  • Good, clean place with excellent beach access!

"Dan and Donna have an excellent, affordable place in a great location! The overall condo is very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen, which we used often! There are also a ton of beach gear that is provided, including chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach toys (for kids), etc. This was so helpful! The Napili Shores overall is very well maintained. The pools are in excellent condition, BBQ right outside our lanai doors. Very family friendly. And you MUST eat breakfast at The Gazebo on the water. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and you can wait for about 1 hour to get in. They open at 7:30AM, but if you want the first seating with little to no wait time, get there to get in line at 7:00AM. Or, you will be waiting! They are known for their breakfast and people come from other hotels just to eat there. The Napili Bay has excellent beach access and snorkeling. There were multiple turtles each day we went out in the water. Very busy on the weekends, again people come from other hotels to snorkel in the Napili Bay. The water is crystal clear and it's like you are swimming in a aquarium! We have been to Maui before and Napili is by far our favorite spot. Highly recommended! Kapalua is just up the road (less than .5 miles), which has nice running and walking trails open to the public. Only CON: There is no air conditioning in the unit. It was really hot while we were here and only had an overhead fan over our bed and a small free-standing black fan that I kept close to the bed. It was honestly hard to sleep at night, but if you can live without AC, this is a great, affordable place to have a vacation! Hope this review was helpful!"

  • Super cozy!

"My husband and I came to Maui for a friend's wedding and we loved staying at Mark's house! The house was cozy and super quiet- so easy to fall asleep at night. Mark was a very gracious host and the house had everything we need to make our own meals, do laundry, etc. We are not people who want to spend our money on amenities of a hotel- we would rather come back to a cozy place that feels like home, which is exactly what we got there. The location was great too. The house is just down the hill from a coffee shop, grocery store, and snorkel rental shop and the best beaches are just a quick drive away (we loved Ka'anapali beach and Kapalua Bay). And Mark's cat, Mr. Lee, was also a great host! He was always ready to greet us when we came back from our adventures. Remember to bring your own beach towels, as the towels at the house are just for the bath/shower area. Great vacation and we plan to come back and rent here again! Mahalo, Mark!!"
