Superb Condo, Great Ocean Views, and Quiet
"We just finished our stay during the first week of February 2015 and would consider this condo again. We were 2 adult 55+ couples and found the Hololani building and this condo perfect. The condo, in particular, has two wonderful rooms with direct open views to the ocean and shaded from any harsh sunlight angles. It is unique in this condo complex in that the living room is extended to the railing instead of having a separate lanai; however, the bank of sliding glass doors and screens open widely to allow the living room direct views to the ocean. As someone else mentioned, most of the folks here tend to be older and quiet, which was perfect for us. There is an adequate pool, but no hot tub. The beach at this location is somewhat narrower than the pictures, however, access to wonderful Khana beach can be made just to the southeast of the property. Our friends wanted a big cudo sent out for the really superb beach towels provided by the owner... really a nice touch. The Lower Hololani road has easy access to bus transit, so one could stay hear without a car, but there is also nice garage parking for one car to each condo. Secured wi-fi is also available and is fast and dependable."

Immaculate, stylish condo and just few steps from a great pool and gorgeous beach
"Our family of three enjoyed the Borke's comfy condo for 10 days! It is a ground unit so very easy to unload your car and just steps out through your patio to pool. Our teenager loved the pool while I loved the chaise loungers on the grass in front of a beautiful beach. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, AC, beach towels, hair dryer, washer and dryer and more! It is very nicely decorated and walls are soundproof. We used the grill area out by the beach a few times to prepare Mahi Mahi. There are at least 6 or 7 grills so it was fun having a glass of wine and chatting with other guests/owners while cooking out. The condo property itself is quiet, safe, kept tidy by grounds keepers and has a peaceful Koi pond. I loved the fact that only condo owners and their guests are allowed on site too. I walked each morning down the beach about 5 minutes to the Sugar Beach bakery for our breakfast croissants and quiche. I became addicted to their Coconut cream pies made fresh each day. This bakery could rival any Parisian bakery we found in Paris last year😊 There is an ABC next door to bakery that carries anything you may have forgotten too. We liked that Kihei was a good central point on the West side of Maui. You can be in Wailea in 10 minutes or less and then be in Lahaina less than 30 minutes. Kim was such a joy to work with and we will be coming back again next year! Aloha🌸"

"This is a gorgeous condo. We simply loved the renovations and the bright, modern color scheme. The fact that is has 2 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom is wonderful. The layout is perfect, with the kitchen and living room separating the 2 bedrooms for some added privacy. The lanai is spacious and having a washer/dryer was yet another perk. This condo is located in the beautiful town of Wailea, so close to many eateries, beaches, and even an urgent care clinic around the corner, which came in handy during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and definitely plan to return."

"My husband and I just returned from a week long vacation celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we stayed in unit 612. It has breath taking views, was clean and very comfortable for 2 people. The bed was nice and comfortable and I love that you had all the kitchen necessities. We did eat out a lot but having a muffin, fruit and coffee overlooking the beautiful ocean was a morning ritual. One thing that came in extremely handy was the travel books in the closet. They were a life saver while traveling on the road to Hana. The little coffee shop down in the lobby to the close proximity of Duke's Restaurant was fabulous and so were the Lava Flow drinks. We enjoyed every minute we were there. Although I wish the beach in front of the property was swimmable as you had to go down 200 yards because of the coral reef but really is wasn't that far. The sunsets sitting on the Lanai were some of the most amazing I have ever seen and also watching the whales frolic right outside were memories we will always cherish. We are already talking about when we might be able to come back and we will definitely rent this unit again."
