"This little cottage is without a doubt the most tranquil and lovely spot I have stayed at in Hawaii. I've rented six different VRBO houses, one on Molokai and on the other Islands. And, while I've loved those vacations, this was absolutely the loveliest setting with wonderful 'neighbors' far enough away from the residence so if you wanted to, you could go days without seeing another person. Lovely seclusion at the beach too. We took the kayaks out at dawn in the peace and watched the sun rise up from the ocean.
The beach and reef are awesome, and the snorkeling we were discovering at the end was the best we had seen at Molokai. Straight out and to the left before the breakers. We even saw a little seahorse on our trip back in. Lovely waters.
If you love peace, and want a place to recharge your 'batteries'... a retreat.. this is the place for you. It is an adventure, too, with the fresh fruit and fish that James and Lauren share with the cottage tenant... and be sure to ask James to get some fresh shrimp for you if you like it... the best I have ever had."

"This was our second visit to this wonderful condo - last year we stayed a week and this year we were lucky enough to be able to stay for two. The condo is spotless and so well maintained and appointed - the kitchen is totally equipped with everything you might want, the bed is Very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and linens, there is a washer and dryer in the unit which is so convenient and now there is secured Wi-Fi. We ate every meal on the patio, which is covered so very nice even in rainy weather. Terrisianna, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. The whole experience is Five Star. We are already looking forward to our return visit."

"We just had the best trip to Molokai and loved our Condo. It really is the perfect and best place to stay on the Island. Was very clean, spacious, bright, has everything you need and Phil was so wonderful to communicate with. Arrived later on Saturday so office was closed but no problems Phil had send all our arrival info prior. The grounds are very well kept, beautiful and the best pool ever! The only noise that woke us up was the Red Cardinal that seemed to visit us every day :) Molokai is a beautiful friendly Island. Cannot wait to go back."

"The biggest problem we had was that we didn't stay long enough. We could only manage 5 days on this trip, but I would have liked to stay a month. Awesome location with fantastic view of the surf break, and sunsets to die for.
Lots of great beaches, and walking trails. We got some great surf for three straight days. You do have to bring your food from town, or go into MaunaLoa, but that is a minor inconvenience. There is a store on the premises open during the day for ice, beer, water and chips.
We don't like big, fancy resorts, and we like to get away from the crowds. It takes a little effort to get here, but very worthwhile. We loved it! We really didn't do much but stare out at the surf most of the time, so we are already planning our next trip to see the rest of the island.
Condo is well stocked with cooking utensils and so forth. There are good grills near the pool.
There is no A/C, but who needs it. Fine even during the day, and cool at night. We had to use a blanket in April!"
