"We had a great time! Loved the house with the spacious lanai to just relax! There were so many extras that were included in the rental! It was our first time there but we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making our stay here a memorable one!!! 😊"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, and loved our 5th floor unit. The resort and our villa were both beautiful & elegant - loved the views! - it was a wonderful place for our family of four, which included two teenage daughters. The unit itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed (central air and washer/dryer were musts for us). Bedrooms & furnishings were very comfortable, bathrooms were lovely, and the kitchen was terrific. We loved the pool area (great view from our villa) which was never crowded and so relaxing. The rattan loungers physically IN the pool were beyond wonderful and always available. We used the exercise room & spa - nicely stocked with quality equipment. We loved the lagoon for swimming and sunset watching, and appreciated the resort location, sandwiched between the Disney Resort & the Marriott property. Fun to visit those big and busy resorts (along oceanfront walkway), but so nice to return to the quiet of the Beach Villas. Also loved the shopping area across the road - the Monkey Pod restaurant is fabulous, as is Roy's which is right across the street at the golf course. Love the Ko Olina area - we did NOT want Waikiki, and I truly believe Ko Olina is the nicest place to stay on Oahu. Rumor had it that Zac Efron was staying there while filming a movie - we all got such a kick out of that. We spent 6 nights in Ko Olina, then 6 nights in Maui. One of my daughers and I both actually liked Oahu better than Maui - because of this villa and resort! Didn't pick as wisely on Maui, and it changed our experience there. We loved the Ko Olina Beach Villas and would definitely return to both the resort and this 5th floor villa again. One suggestion would be a cafe or restaurant on-site - the pool bar simply serves drinks and hot dogs - but being so close to the shopping village across the street made this all very manageable."

"We just spent 6 nights at Steve's condo. Steve met us at the condo and directed us to an on-site parking spot. That proved very convient as parking in Waikiki is very sparse. Steve also recommended several of his favorite restaurants, which we enjoyed. The condo itself is extremely clean and has all conveniences you would want.
The complex has a free wine and cheese happy hour on MWF and a free yoga class on several mornings. The pool and fitness gym are very nice and clean. The location of the condo is at the edge of Waikiki shopping district which is very fun to explore all the shops and restaurants.. I feel very lucky I found this condo. Oh yes there are AC units in the living room and bedroom. You will be very happy here."

"Wow. The location of this property is spectacular - I can not imagine how anything could be better. There is a broad, clean beach just outside the gate, and the sound of vigorous surf fills the house and provides your 24/7 sound track. During our late February visit the ocean was filled with whales, seemingly waving to us from just offshore. While surfers were plentiful at the nearby public access points (and easily visible for "surfer watching"), the beach in front of us was so empty it felt almost private. This is a paradise I would definitely visit again. A note on the property - the cottage is delightful in it's simplicity and lack of ostentation. For us, an extended family of 3 adult couples and an older mother/ mother-in-law, the configuration of two separate cottages on on property was perfect."
