Perfect, idyllic, charming escape!
"We rented the Bali Kai Estate for our wedding and we were absolutely blown away by this amazing home! We rented Bali Kai site unseen for our special day, and Lailani was so accommodating and attentive to making sure that Bali Kai was going to be right for us. As someone who researches heavily I had read some negative comments from past renters about Bali Kai, all of which were unwarranted. This place is perfect.
When we arrived at the property we walked through the gateway and were immediately transfixed by the site around us. From the mountains to the left, the ocean in front of us, and the view down over Kāne‘ohe Bay to the right, we knew our wedding was going to be very memorable. This place is one of a kind!
Our 5 night stay at the home was very comfortable, and walking up with the sun to perfect views made coming home very depressing. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we will definitely be back to Bali Kai in years to come.
Thank you Leilani for this beautiful property. The house has it all, and you will not be disappointed. Definitely recommend."

"We Spent 2 Weeks At The Residence. Loved The Fact Home Was Near Any and All Activities Anyone Wanted To Participate In :) !! The Home Was Most Comfortable and Well Equipped. I Did Purchase and Left a New Griddle For The Residence Came In Handy Several Mornings. The Short Walk To The Bach Was a Plus as Well. Would Not Hesitate To Recommend This Home To Friends and Family. Thanks Again For a Wonderful Time Mahalo !!"

"Our group of 5 ranged in age from 18-72. The house is set up so that the bedrooms are separated by an enormous living room. The beds were comfy, the linens high-quality. The house was built in the 40's and maintains the character of that era. The home is very tastefully decorated and all kitchen supplies are great (not cheap stuff). There is a full freezer (but bring ice as the ice maker can't keep up) and full fridge. The home comes with bogie boards (we all tried this fun sport-great for all ages), surf boards, beach umbrellas and chairs, tons of beach towels, a cooler, and some lawn games. The garage fits 2 cars.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom and the dining room is giant-great for sit-down meals. There are 2 grills, 2 outdoor showers, a hot tub, and beautiful pool. We dipped in that after the beach every evening.
We had some issues with a toilet, and Uta was right there to fix it. She is AMAZING! We arrived to a gift basket of goodies, as well as a call insuring she'd be available to help us with anything. Anytime I contacted her, she was quick with a friendly response (I couldn't find the washing machine which was outside by the pool).
Each morning we were greeted by a chicken family while we had coffee on the porch. We then walked across the soft lawn and 15 feet down the path to the powdery sand. The beach was a bit crowded, but that's what you get at one of the top beaches n the world. No snorkeling here, but Lanikai is a 5 minute drive and PERFECT. Kailua is great for swimming, boarding, sunning, people-watching, etc.
We hit Costco on the way in order to stock up, but there are grocery stores near by. There are also snorkel gear rental places.
I'd go back in a heartbeat."
