  • Very Nice Home On the beach

"I have rented a few homes on Oahu. Most of the reasonably priced homes were built in the sixties and have no central heat or air conditioning. This is important to me because these homes get musty, muggy, and uncomfortable. This home had window air conditioning in all the bedrooms which was really nice. My family was able to sleep at night comfortably. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances were new.(Note to owner the dishwasher is broken. its takes hours to wash). The pool was cold but the pool boy turned up the heat and it was better. It is a large property right on the #1 beach in the world. It has all kinds of boogie boards, a barbecue and much more. it was really nice. I asked my family if they would stay here again and they all said yes."

"Thank you Jean and Doug. We enjoyed our 35 day stay at this fine example of Old Hawaii.Only a 10 minute walk from the main beach at Lanikai ( voted #1 beach in Hawaii by Travel TV).Great location, very peaceful and wonderful owners to work with. Thank you again for making your home available. We hope to return to Lanikai in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again. Greg and Joyce"

  • Comfortable & budget friendly.

"Hello, my review is late coming. I stayed here in the summer of 2010, but better late than never. I stayed in conjunction with a military PCS move to Hawaii. I came ahead of my Navy husband with my two children. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed the additional guest, which was very helpful to my situation. We stayed several weeks. The owner moved us to the larger room when it became available at no additional cost. The location was great and I would stay there again in a heart beat. The owners are very, very kind and I remember our stay fondly."

  • Incredible Place to Stay

"My family and I just spent the last week at this amazing home. It was nothing less than perfect. The location, views, access to the beach, hikes and expansive space were all top notch. Candy was very helping in giving us the lay of the land upon arrival. Mahalo. We'll be back. ALOHA!"
