  • Awesome stay, no doubt...

"We had an awesome stay! Nina was very accommodating & the room was like being at our own hale (home). It was great to have the owners on premises in case their needed. Very clean & adorably decorated. Beautiful flooring, kitchen fully equipped, nice size bathroom, great bedroom furnishings overall a great find. Hat's off to Nina & Richard for making our trip that much more enjoyable! Just an FYI...Kailua traffic is worst than L.A. That would be the only downside!!"

  • The name says it all

"It is a secluded hideaway with a short walk to Kailua Beach (less than 5 minutes from door to the water). I stayed for 3 nights and wish I had more time. I stayed with friends this time, but would love to come back with my wife. The unit is spacious and clean with all of the touches that give the feeling of home. The BBQ and patio are amazing, as well is having laundry on-site. All 3 of us said we would be staying there next time we visit Honolulu. The location is hard to beat. Aside from the 5 minute walk to the beach, it is a 15 minute walk to the famed Pillbox Hiking Trail. It worked out great because we were in town for a wedding at the Mid Pac Country Club, and it was a 3 minute drive away (coincidentally, across the street from the aforementioned hike). If you want to get away from the downtown bustle of Waikiki, do yourself a favor and stay on the Kailua side of the island, then do yourself another favor and stay here."

  • Wonder vacation home for family with young kids

"Very nice, clean, well equipped rental home. Kailua beach park and the actual beach is just across the street (2-3 minutes walk). My kids enjoyed it every single minute. The house also has bunch of beach stuff (surfing board, snorkeling stuff, beach chairs) that makes things so much more convenient. The place is really close to downtown Kailua where all the shopping are located."

  • Great house to stay in Kailua

"We really enjoyed staying at this house. Great taste contemporary but homey feeling. Very clean and nice touch. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing xbox at night. Kitchen / dining and living room are open concept so you can still enjoy family time while you are cooking. There's a lot of seasonings to cook with. Unfortunately we had a lots of rain this side of island but still very relaxing. Shopping mall, gas station are nearby - walking distance. Kailua beach is 5min away by car. We will come back to stay at this house when we are back to Kailua. Thank you for letting us stay at your place."
