  • Nice Studio, But No AC & Poor Wi-Fi

"My husband & I loved our stay at Tina's studio but when we arrived we were worried about the no Air Conditioning, even though under the General description it says that Air Conditioning is provided. I gave 4 stars because of this misleading description. Luckily we weren't in the room too often during the day but at night it can get pretty hot. Also, the Wi-Fi has a really bad connection so I would rely on your cell data, not the Wi-Fi. However, other then that, the place is really clean and the room looks exactly like the pictures posted. Tina is super nice and she gave us many tips about the area. She also has beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.) which we used and loved! It was a very cozy stay except for the no AC part. She does provide a fan. The location is awesome, so close to Kailua's little town and the famous Boots & Kimo's & Cinnamon's breakfast spots. It's also super close to Lanikai Beach, our favorite beach on Oahu! Kailua Beach is also less than 5 minutes away."

  • We felt like we were home!

"We spent 10 glorious nights in this wonderful place, overlooking Kaneohe Bay! It is called apartment in the description but it is so much more! We truly felt like we were in a home...our home! Every convenience at every turn, made for such a comfortable stay. Beautifully appointed with exotic furnishings from Bali, travertine and wood flooring, an amazing lanai with sweeping views, this hillside home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood was a gem! Close proximity to our favorite beaches of Kailua and Lanikai. Close grocery store (Safeway) and Walgreens and Longs Drug stores. Easy in and out of neighborhood and all points of interest. Look no further....this is a wonderful place for you to call "home"! Owner, Anita was a delight to communicate with in the planning and a wonderful breath of Aloha to us! We hope to return someday, and we would recommend this property to family and friends."

  • Great place to relax!

"This was the final stop on our 6 week overseas holiday and what a way to finish. Beautiful location, easily accessible to the beach. Bed was comfortable, good wifi, lots of goodies in the fridge and a couple of ice cold beers that were wonderful after a long 10h flight. Our host Janice was available with advice and nothing was too difficult to arrange. However with everything at your fingertips we rarely needed to ask for anything. Great beaches close by, lovely restaurant 5 mins away and the island to explore. We could have not asked for a better BNB to spend the final days of our fantastic holiday. Would highly recommend this BNB and we would definitely rebook if we return to the island. Have already recommended this to other family members."

  • PERFECTION!

"After booking this property, we continually pulled up the pictures just to be able to day dream about our upcoming trip. Upon arriving in Oahu, we were excited to see the property we had been dreaming about. It was all that and more! We absolutely loved our time in paradise. The views can't be better anywhere else on the island, and the place is decorated beautifully (and so comfortable). Situated on the best side of Oahu (not as crowded and just gorgeous), this property allowed us an easy spot to go out and see the sites on the island. The only difficult thing was that we wanted to get back early (and often did) to spend time at this gorgeous property! After our time here, we spent 5 days in Maui and then returned to a large resort in Waikiki before flying out. When in Waikiki, my whole family (including my kids) consistently said "we wish we were at 'our' Oahu house looking at 'our' island (Chinaman's Hat). We all loved it here. This place is perfection, and as others said, "Just book it.... you won't be sorry!""
