  • Thanksgiving Holiday with Family

"Our time at Sharon's Serenity reflected everything we had read in the write-ups and reviews for this Bed and Breakfast. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel totally "at home" by Sharon. She related to all in our party, from age 8 years to 95. We thoroughly appreciated visiting with her and gleaning from her wealth of knowledge of the area and activities available. We would return with no hesitation and highly recommend that others visit this lovely retreat in Kailua."

  • Nice Studio, But No AC & Poor Wi-Fi

"My husband & I loved our stay at Tina's studio but when we arrived we were worried about the no Air Conditioning, even though under the General description it says that Air Conditioning is provided. I gave 4 stars because of this misleading description. Luckily we weren't in the room too often during the day but at night it can get pretty hot. Also, the Wi-Fi has a really bad connection so I would rely on your cell data, not the Wi-Fi. However, other then that, the place is really clean and the room looks exactly like the pictures posted. Tina is super nice and she gave us many tips about the area. She also has beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.) which we used and loved! It was a very cozy stay except for the no AC part. She does provide a fan. The location is awesome, so close to Kailua's little town and the famous Boots & Kimo's & Cinnamon's breakfast spots. It's also super close to Lanikai Beach, our favorite beach on Oahu! Kailua Beach is also less than 5 minutes away."

"As a family on vacation in Oahu we spent 1 week at this rental home and were very happy with our choice everyday. Upon entering the upstairs we were in awe of the beautiful ocean front view. Windows all along the room provided a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding island. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were a favorite! The window vents added a cool ocean breeze throughout the day and evening. The home is modern and spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook (pans, utensils, dinnerware, spices, ect) The 2nd floor outdoor lanai was a great quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. The master bedroom was spacious as well as the master bath with plenty of closet storage. The other 2 bedrooms were simple but comfortable. The heated pool was a fun place to hang out. Some great amenities include washer and dyer, bbq pit, beach towels, beach toys, and a welcome basket full of local fruit and chocolates which was a nice treat. Not only was the home beautiful but the owners were very pleasant to deal with. Our stay was originally scheduled for the week of hurricane Iselle, however the owners allowed us to reschedule our stay for a week later. They were very kind and quick to respond to our situation. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this home and have so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime."

  • Perfect for my family

"We had the best experience renting the Clay Art space. It was so easy and in a great location for all things in Kailua. Eva and her family were very accomodating, even letting us borrow their pack and play and highchair for my 1 year old. We will definitely come stay again."
