"My husband and I stayed at the studio condo for 10 days. It was very clean and airy with good lighting on the 2nd floor. The Murphy pull down bed was SO comfortable. It was a soft foam mattress. The location was so convenient too, 5-10 minute walk to Target, USPS, Whole Foods, Long's, etc. And a quick drive to Kailua Beach. The stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom allowed us to do a couple of laundry loads throughout the week. We also had access to beach supplies like an inner tube, cooler, and beach chairs & towels. The condo is in sort of a gated community with other complexes, so you share the street parking with other residents. Parking wasn't much of an issue, although it can be harder to find a spot after 5:00 PM. If anything you can drive out of the condo neighborhood and towards the shops and find street parking there. I would definitely come back and I recommend this rental to others. My favorite part of the stay was being so close to the beach and the stores, very walkable. The owners left their contact information for us when we first arrived in case we needed anything. They were very nice. Thank you"

Awesome property, close to the beach, away from the crowds
"We had a wonderful stay in Kailua. We had 8 adults and 2 teens so this property was perfect as we used all three villas and could be in close proximity while still having our own space. The property is right across the street from Kailua Beach Park. Kailua is approximately 30 minutes from the Honolulu airport via H3. We really liked the location because it wasn't far from the things we wanted to see. Kailua doesn't have any hotels so it's much less touristy than the Waikiki/Honolulu area. That's exactly what we were looking for...not touristy. The garage with snorkels, bikes, boogie boards, surf board, etc. was extremely wonderful. Having snorkel gear to borrow saved us $80 over having to rent gear at Hamauna Bay (20 minutes away). There's a small market and a couple shops (shave ice and really good pizza) within easy walking distance. The main part of Kailua has Safeway and Target for food and miscellaneous items you might need. The property has a full kitchen and a propane grill so you can fix your own meals. Two things to be aware of:
1) the driveway is tight. We had three cars among us. One went in the garage and the other two in the drive way. The turns and 2 driveway spots are tight so just be careful of mirrors.
2) The palm villa has two bedrooms. Both upstairs, up a tight spiral staircase, and you walk through the first bedroom to get to the second. Worked fine for parents with two kids but if you have two couples sharing that villa it might be a bit awkward. The spiral staircase is tight and you need to be agile to go up and down it several times a day.
Don't let those two things turn you away, but just be aware. The whole property was very clean and well kept up. The owners are phenomenal and super friendly. We would HIGHLY recommend this."

Perfect location for an off the tourist path vacation
"We were a family of 4 and found the guest house to be perfect for us. Loved waking up to the sunrises over the ocean every morning and going to sleep to the sounds of the surf. So nice to have all the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and such already there. Easy drive to other tourist locations and always nice to come back to a quiet area each night to relax. This is definitely a good location for someone who wants to be out of the main tourist locations but right on the beach."

Great location, very nice place and wonderfull owner
"We stayed in Jungle room with our two small kids for a week. Anna is wonderful owner , she was very helpfull and flexible with our family. She offer us additional smaller room for kids , and gave us great suggestions for activies with kids in Oahu.
Jungle room was clean and spacious for our family. We used a kitchenette to make breakfasts and lunches . There was a grill outside we used couple times as well. Outside there is nice grass area to relax after a busy day in Hawaii. The locations of Jungle room is perfect , we were able to walk to the beach every day and stop at nice market/ coffee place next to the house. I highly recommended Jungle room and other rooms in this house. We had a great time and we will love to come back."
