  • A luxury home away from home

"We're a family of 4 from Hong Kong and this is the second time we have stayed in this gorgeous luxurious home as we fell in love with it the first time we stayed 3 years ago. The view is absolutely breath-taking and for those who love water sports, the home itself is conveniently located with access to the seas just outside your door. 3 years ago when our kids were a bit younger, their jaws just dropped as we arrived at the property. They are both now teenagers, and because their first trip was so unforgettable, it was at their request that we stay in the same home again this past Christmas. Despite the fact that our expectations have been raised from our first stay, we were all still equally amazed by the beauty of the home the second time round and experienced the same serenity that we enjoyed previously (which is something hard to come by for people from Hong Kong). The owners also took care of our every need - clean sheets and towels were readily available and if you like to cook at home, this house has your dream kitchen. It is truly a luxury home away from home!"

  • Fabulous House!

"Our family of 8 stayed in the Kailua home for 2 weeks during Christmas break. We had a fabulous time!! The home is a great home base. The Kailua beach is within 2 miles of the home and all the sight seeing destinations are within 30-45 minutes. Great central location. Everything that you could ever need Carol had made sure to have for your use. Carol was such a help before we ever arrived and was so helpful when we were there. Can't wait to come back again."

  • The Perfect Vacation Rental

"This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 -ages 20 - 55. There was lots of room for all of us, the living room and the lanai were great places for all of us to gather and spend time together. The kitchen was very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location of this home couldn't be any better. You are a short walk from the beach, about 3 minutes down a lane right across the street from the house. The location of the home in Kailua is in a nice neighborhood, and just a short drive (about 5 mins) into Kailua town where you can pick up groceries or do a little shopping at some of the great locally owned stores. If you don't feel like cooking, there are many great restaurants to choose from in Kailua. If you want to drive into Honolulu, you can hop on the H3 freeway and be on the Leeward side of the island in about 20 - 30 minutes! As I said, this really was the perfect rental for us; a beautiful home, fully stocked with everything we needed, spacious and in a great location. And, the property manager, Uta, was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. I highly recommend this rental home to those looking for a place to stay in Kailua."

  • Outstanding One-Bedroom

"This was my first trip to Oahu and being a female traveling alone, i was a bit anxious. Upon turning my phone on after my flight landed, Elizabeth already sent me an aloha as well as instructions to get into the place/directions to Kailua. The place was spotless, private, and very close walk to the beach. You need a car or bike to get to the shops in town, but it's a short drive/ride. Kailua beach and the neighboring Lanikai were beautiful and not over-run by tourists like Haleiwa. I loved it (especially the outdoor shower at the cottage) and am already trying to plan my return!"
