"This was our third stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent a week in the lower of the two accommodations. The kitchen area was well supplied with refrigerator, microwave and dishes, but no stove. Lanai with two recliners. Beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear provided. Kaneolani and her family are very friendly and accommodating.
Excellent location, walking distance to a beach park and to the newly remodeled town. There is a new shopping area in the town. There are a number of restaurants with different food varieties.

"I rented this house with my boyfriend and we just loved it. The house is in a gated community , so no noise, the beach is gorgeous and peaceful and my boyfriend could surf while I just laid back . Sunset beach, Turtle Bay, all the other beaches are just minute away. The bike path , is right there , so I would recommend riding a bike while on the North Sore. The process of booking the house was super easy and Sabrina was always there to answer our questions , and she even gave us really nice suggestions on where to go , or what to do. The house itself is super clean and it has everything you need. I would come back tomorrow if I could !!"

Wow! Make the North Shore in this house your destination!
"What a great house! What a great location! It more than deserves the five star ratings it receives from travelers. The house is roomy, welcoming and well equipped, all which makes it feel just like home right away. The wonderful lanai faces the beach and ocean and offers you your choice of sun or shade, to relax and watch the waves or the whales breaching on the horizon or the surfers do their magic. It is very quiet yet very close to lots to do. The house has a very high walk-ability rating - the beach is literally at your doorstep for a swim in sandy bottomed water or a quiet walk, turtles were on the beach a few minutes away as is the park and marina. In a few more minutes you are in Haliewa - a delightful town with lots of shops, restaurants, food trucks galore and local attractions like the weekend church market, chicken BBQ and of course shave ice. Activities too - you can easily walk to rent snorkel equipment (to the left across the small bridge as you reach Haliewa) or kayaks or paddle boards at very moderate rates. Even better, people trying kayaks or paddle boards can try it all on a very calm canal right by the rental shops (turtles abound in the water!). In the car you are less than 20 minutes from famous surfing beaches - Sunset and the Banzai Pipeline - or the Dole Plantation - and not 30 minutes to Turtle Bay for snorkeling even in the surfing season. If you are keen to see Pearl Harbor (which is an amazing and meaningful experience) it is about 40 minutes by car and then just a bit further to Honolulu. The "North Shore" is somewhere to visit and stay, not just spend a day. We were there two weeks and will stay longer next time. This house is the perfect place to stay!"

"We rented the whole house for a family vacation; 10 adults and 1 child. Great 2 story home with lots of space and privacy for everyone. We especially loved the pool and Jacuzzi. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Great upstairs wraparound porch and the upstairs has a wonderful breeze in the living area from the 2 sliders. As a family we spent most of our time upstairs. The beach was across the street and although it was a bit "wavier" than I am comfortable with, it was relaxing and fun to watch the surfers. I would definitely return here. Easy drive from Honolulu and a great escape from the downtown. We visited Pearl Harbor, Polynesian Cultural Center, Dole Pineapple, Waimea Beach, Falls & Botanical Gardens. I recommend visiting Ted's Bakery; great food and desserts. Luann was a great hostess, supplied us with some fresh fruits from her farm; best bananas we've ever had and try the dragon fruit if it's ready. A wonderful treat! She had some really friendly dogs; as dog lovers we enjoyed them visiting. I'd recommend Surfer's Paradise...you'll love it!"
