  • Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere near great hiking!

"Our group stayed at this peacefully situated property while exploring Oahu's North and Windward shores. We greatly enjoyed the ocean and relaxed setting of the house when we returned from our adventures nearby."

  • LEGENDARY!

"We had a wonderful time staying at Wahi Pana for 10 days! There were 4 of us, 2 couples. and there was an ample amount of room. Washer and dryer were nice to have available. We used them almost daily to wash towels used at the beach. The home provides plenty of towels for bathing and beach. There was also boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach toys for us to use. Cable was available at the home, it was nice at the end of long days to relax and watch TV. We rarely used the downstairs area. The home was located in an ideal location; the neighborhood and community were quiet. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but it was close enough to drive there when we wanted. We just grouped our activities for that side of the island into a day or two. There are great beaches, activities, and food trucks around the house also. We never wished we were closer to anything; it was very central to all of these things. We would love to come back every year and stay at the house every time! It was the whole package and definitely worthy of the Wahi Pana namesake. Definitely recommend North Shore Tacos right down the street, Kahuku Grill (10 minutes away), Seven Brothers (both the truck in the Chevron parking lot and the location by Foodland), Papa Ole's for pancakes (5 minutes away) and the shaved ice down in Haleiwa. There's a new "attraction" about 10 minutes away, Keana Farms Zipline, which was an awesome experience! The golf course in Kahuku was definitely a North Shore experience; highly recommended."

  • Great location and comfortable home for a family vacation

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Homestead. Beautiful country on the east side with mountains and several sandy beaches. Close to North Shore and all amenities. David and Brew were excellent hosts. I'd love to come back!"

  • Just what the doctor ordered!!

"Take my word for it. If you and your honey want a great place at a reasonable price within steps from a quiet beach, rent this little beauty from Geri and Ke'Alii. We were amazed at how clean and updated the place was for the price. The studio is small but has everything you need and then some. They have thought of everything right down to a great little rice cooker and measuring spoons. The hosts are extremely friendly, answering all questions and requests promptly and offering advice on what to see and do on the North Shore which, by the way, if you've never been to Oahu, is the BEST!! Mahalo Geri & Ke'Alii!! You helped make our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. Aloha!!"
