"Good price for a really nice and clean 1 bedroom. It was nice having air conditioning in every room although we didn't need it in the living room as there was a nice breeze from the lanai. The living room was very spacious and the kitchen had modern appliances and everything we needed, I even left a bottle of wine for the next guest. Turtle Bay is beautiful and seeing the north shore during your drive to and from the condo never gets old. Bitsy was really helpful and accommodating making it a smooth process even though we arrived very late at night. I will definitely stay again!!!"

Very quiet property in great location on the North Shore.
"We really enjoyed our stay at Plumeria House. Comfortable for 6 adults and one toddler. Although we were only such a large party for 2 nights. First night we arrived there was no hot water. Luckily we were too tired to be very inconvenienced and, after a few texts to the owner, a maintenance man arrived the next morning and installed a new water heater. Still had a few troubles with there being no hot water but they did fix the issue as soon as they were able so while it was a little irritating to be without hot water after a long day at the beach we realized stuff happens and we have absolutely no complaints with how they handled the mattered. They are fully stocked on gear: chairs, bikes, toys etc. And a quick note for parents. I have a very tall toddler ( not yet 2yrs but over 3"). The pack n' play they offer is big, 3"x 3". So large, I didn't recognize it for what it was and called the 'emergency' number in a panic, big enough for my kid to stretch out diagonally so there was no need to rent a full size crib from an outside company. That was a definite bonus! Would definitely stay here again."

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Very happy to find a good value condo in the Turtle bay resort. Turtle bay is a great resort with resturants and lovely facilities. Key pick up was efficient and easy. Condo was clean and very well appointed. Lovely kitchen with everything you need. Small issues will the air con. It is dated. The bedroom unit we could not get to work and therefore there was high humidity levels in the condo so it can smell musty. However the fans did help. Loved the wifi, Netflick and the beach equipment was a lovely addition to the holiday. Overall good value, very clean and good location."

"Loved the location of the condo - very convenient to northern Oahu attractions. Kawela Beach was a beautiful beach on the property of Turtle Bay and we practically had it to ourselves (ranked in top 15 Oahu beaches). The condo had some beach toys which my kids loved and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Three televisions for when you are in the condo - one upstairs, one in living room, and one in master bedroom. We had a minor maintenance problem which the owner and maintenance person addressed quickly.
Location is quiet, especially compared to Honolulu. The resort puts on a free luau every Wed and Sunday night which was small but fun. There are hiking and biking trails on resort premises which were fun. There is a Foodland about 10 minutes away. Polynesian Cultural Center and Sharks Cove are about 10 minutes away. We liked the northern shore of Oahu much more than the southern part.
We would stay here again."
