  • In this location you literally have it all!

"We've stayed on the North Shore several times because we enjoy the quiet surfing town vibe vs. the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Haleiwa is our favorite place to shop and dine so being just a short drive away was great. The Hibiscus House is located in one of the most beautiful stretches of beachfront on the whole island. Being there in early May, we enjoyed a variance between an unbelievably giant surf where we had a front row seat for some amazing local talent on the waves, and later in the week smaller waves gentle enough for our 8-year old to boogie board. The house itself was very clean and stayed cool without air conditioning the entire 9 days (thanks to the ceiling fans). The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Our favorite part was the lanai and the incredible views right off of the back yard. The gates keep the property very secure and with the limited public beach access we never had to deal with crowds, even on the weekends. The rocky terrain off to the left of the house was great for exploring tide pools and our kids had a ball hopping around them all week. The grassy area was also perfect for our kids to romp and play in when they got tired of being sandy. One of the greatest things about this rental is ALL the equipment they provide. We really enjoyed the comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, kiddie pool, etc. We also used the bikes a few times and took advantage of the wonderful path up the shoreline to visit the famous Ted’s Bakery – best coconut cake ever! Things we wished we had were… *More comfortable furniture – the dining room chairs are almost unbearable to sit in. *A coffee bean grinder. *A bigger cooler for extra drinks. *More beach towels – there are 6 so we just did laundry each night. **More days to stay at this house!! Overall, the Hibiscus House provides you with a nice, clean place to stay with gorgeous sunset views, private beach access, biking & walking paths along the amazing coastline, a grocery store across the street for all your needs, rock climbing & exploring, and is 5 minutes away from the most wonderful town on earth for great shopping & dining. The booking process was easy and pleasant - we would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it."

  • "Don't miss it! This is a perfect setting for a relaxing, or if you choose active Hawaii vacation. We found the condo tastefully decorated so you got the feel of being on the island. We took advantage of all that Turtle Bay Resort had to offer during our visit. We look forward to a return visit. Mahalo"

  • Retreat at Glenns Bay 101B Myrtle Beach

"We have vacationed in MB for over 20 years and this condo was by far the nicest EVER. It was like home away from home. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The owners even provided such essentials as hand soap, body wash and kleenex. If you can believe it, there were even fresh flowers. Loved this place and will definitely stay there there again. Suggestions would be, if possible, to replace the living room sofa with something a little more comfortable. When we stayed in a couple evenings because of rain, the sofa did not provide comfort for the 4 of us. Was nice but definitely not comfortable. Not related to the condo...out by the pool the lounge chairs were all chained together at the far end of the pool. Needless to say, if there were a lot of people at the pool, everyone is laying on top of each other. Didn't like that at all. Other than those two minor details, the place was GREAT. Look forward to staying there again."

  • Absolutely loved this condo and Susan!

"We just ended our stay last week at this lovely condo. It was so clean and well kept. Shelves and fridge were stocked with all the spices you could need. Snorkeling gear and beach items were provided. Susan was so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Her response time was extraordinary, even on the weekends. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely do business with Susan again! Couldn't have been happier during our stay!"

The Tops: Kahuku Vacation Rentals

Kahuku is located at the northernmost point of Oahu in Hawaii, at the very "tip top" of the island. Whether you are a golfer, a nature lover, or a history buff, there is something for you in Kahuku. In the area there are two golf courses, both the Kahuku golf course and the Kulima golf course.

As nature goes, there is the James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge as well as lots of great parks and beaches. History buffs staying in Kahuku vacation rentals will enjoy a trip to the nearby Polynesian Cultural Center.

And The Sun's Not Bad, Either

Even though there is so much to do for people lodging in Kahuku vacation rentals, some people just want to spend their vacations in the sand and splashing in the surf. One of the best things about staying in one of the available Kahuku vacation rentals is the flexibility that it gives you. You can decide to go out for dinner one night or make a snap decision that you want to stay in. In fact, many of the Kahuku condos and larger North Shore Oahu beach rentals have wonderful views that are just as good, if not better, than the views that some restaurants have.
