  • Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

"My family and I stayed here for 1 week and we absolutely loved it! The house was a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the island. Every time we left the house we always found ourselves wanting to go back and hang out back at the house. You can't get any better then this it is so close to the ocean the only thing separating the house from the ocean is about 10 feet of grass and the seawall. So Beautiful! There is a sandy patch that runs along the inside of the seawall that our kids LOVED to play in and kept them entertained while we were able to FISH right off the backyard. We caught 2 eels, some trigger fish and a few moi fish, nice! This house is on the Farrington highway which is a fast drive to Haleiwa (famous historical surfing town) which has beaches, kayak and board rentals/lessons, fishing, shopping, dining and lots of beautiful views. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Although, the property manager is very helpful and knowledgeable on home and only a phone call away if needed (thank you Michalene!)...we were very grateful on not being disturbed which gave us lots of privacy and peacefulness; it was a true vacation. LOVE! This house is also close proximity to the Dole Plantation, the Kukuhu Fruit stand (secret beach across the street), and some nearly deserted beaches only minutes up the street."

  • Staying here is its own unique experience

"Our family of 10 (siblings, kids, grandpa) chose to stay here for what seems like a trivial reason now: It had its own pool, which hardly any other houses for rent on the North Shore offer, and we wanted one for our littlest kids. The pool was indeed fun to hang out at and offered a nice respite from the beach (waves were unusually rough for summer), but the house has way more special qualities than that. The lush green setting is beautiful, with the ocean below and mountains above for constant scenery gazing. The papaya and starfish fruit trees were used for almost every meal. Our kids loved seeing the horses and cows on the ranch below and the wild pigs that frequently crossed the yard. I took a hike to the Kaena Point just up the road and loved that. Two in our party went skydiving at nearby Dillingham Airfield and raved about the experience, and each noticed how the house stood out in the landscape. We went back and forth to Haleiwa for assorted meals, supplies and shaved ice and never felt like it was a hassle (5-10 minutes). Our favorite beach for swimming was Waimea Bay (15-20 mins away), and we also loved hiking to the waterfall and strolling the gardens at Waimea Valley. Some of us were concerned about the lack of air-conditioning, and indeed the house was like an oven upon arrival. But once we opened up all the windows it was comfortable even in August. Why wouldn't you want the windows all open in such a beautiful natural setting? The beds were all comfortable, and we had everything we needed while there. We hope to return and use the house again in the not too distant future, not just for the things we didn't get around to doing during our stay but also to simply enjoy the house itself again."

"Perfect living space for the four of us right near the beach. We walked over to the ocean at sunrise and sunset, viewing whales, turtles, surfers, and more distant mountains and colorful parachuters. And an easy ten minute drive to all the North Shore beaches, catamaran whale watching right off the bow of the boat, and sunset dining. The full set of accommodations worked well, with kitchen for breakfast and coffee, easy high-speed internet for staying in touch with civilization, and TV (though didn't much of that in paradise!). Highly recommended!"

  • Amazing house with amazing views!

"We had a wonderful time while staying here! The house was really nice - the pictures don't do it justice! We were there just after a HUGE storm came through and washed away the beach in front of the house (which they're working to repair) but the views were still amazing and we fell asleep listening to the waves crashing every night. Tiffany was wonderful to work with and was very helpful! We rented the house with my husband's family and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. It was so nice to be in a quiet residential neighborhood instead of a busy resort area. We had four young children with us and it was nice to know that we had our own space and their running around and being loud wasn't bothering the people around us like it would in a hotel. There is a lot of beach equipment here for your use. There were plenty of beach towels, lots of snorkeling gear for kids and adults, boogie boards, life jackets for kids and adults, beach umbrellas, beach toys for sandcastles, and kayaks. I would definitely recommend checking out what is there before you go and buy anything. We loaded up on food at Costco before going to the house. There are stores about 10-15 minutes away but they're not as affordable as Costco. We tried to use our phones to get directions to the store (in the dark) and that did not work well so we had to stop and ask someone how to get there. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the North Shore Oasis and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

Mokuleia Travel Tips

Tickets to Paradise: Mokuleia Vacation Rentals

Mokuleia is located on the northern shore of Oahu. North Shore Oahu beach rentals include smaller Mokuleia condos for couples and small families as well as larger Mokuleia vacation rentals for bigger groups who are vacationing together. There are a number of great attractions for people staying in Mokuleia vacation rentals. There is the Mokuleia Beach Park, the Hawaii Polo Club, the Aweoweo Beach Park, and there is even a sky diving school in the area. The attractions in the area are sure to offer something for everyone.

Mokuleia Vacation Rentals Stave Off the Credit Card Hangover

Many people go on vacation to relax only to return to a credit card statement that makes them even more stressed out than they were when they left to get some rest and relaxation. There are a number of Mokuleia vacation rentals that are priced competitively with hotels and offer lots of money saving amenities such as a kitchen and laundry facilities.

Mokuleia condos, for example, are often very well priced and are usually less expensive than larger North Shore Oahu beach rentals. One of the best things about Mokuleia condos is that they have all of the amenities of the larger North Shore Oahu beach rentals but are more compact and less expensive.

Even larger rental properties can be more affordable than hotels if a number of people are helping to pay for the bill. This is especially true if it is a large family that is vacationing together and a few of the adults agree to split the cost of the vacation rental.

And don't forget that you can save a pretty penny on your vacation by cooking a few of your meals instead of going out to restaurants and doing your own laundry instead of paying for a hotel laundry service.
