"We have enjoyed this unit for the past few years and love the quiet, peaceful location. I love relaxing at the pool and watching the skydivers come floating back down to earth. We also enjoy watching the sunset from the sea wall. While it's 40 minutes from Honolulu, it's easy to plan a days outing if you want to shop and visit sites on the other side of the island. We enjoy watching the Banzai Pipeline surfing at Sunset Beach and visiting the shrimp and food trucks on the North Shore. The historic town of Haleiwia is just down the road and Waimaie Falls is not much farther. The unit is very comfortable for two and will accommodate more if needed. Everything you need is available, just bring your bathing suit!"

"Great lay out, great amenities, and the covered car port was "icing on the cake". I appreciated the efficient WiFi, and the very picturesque and spacious back yard - complete with morning roosters and a very friendly little white kitty cat. My son and I attended an event at a camp across the street from Dillingham Air Field, a couple of miles away, and the location was ideal for an enjoyable bicycle ride to and from.
Thanks to Gina for offering such a nice and well maintained place for visitors to the North Shore. And, following a glitch with the house keeping services when I arrived, thanks again also for your obvious concern and remedy - along with the wine gift - appreciated it!!"

"What a great stay we had at Honu Hale I. Such a quaint home that is cozy and wonderful. The lanai made every morning worth getting up for. Haleiwa is where we spent most of our time. We attended a wedding at Turtle Bay, spent a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center and enjoyed the weather. We can’t wait for our next trip to the island. Honu Hale I, I hope you are ready when we are!"

"This house is perfect for a family vacation. Several amenities that make your stay so much more enjoyable with the snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels but my favorite is the shower doors that open to the outside great for cleaning up straight off the beach but are still very secure when closed and locked.
Stephanie takes great pride in her family house and it shows with the cleanliness and upkeep.
We had no issues with bugs or insects.
An occasional chicken with her chicks wandered into the back yard but didn't stay long and were of no bother. Washer and dryer were a big plus as we had our 5 month old granddaughter with us. We rarely saw more than 3 people on any given day walking or running on the beach. We had all the windows open during the nights but never once felt unsafe. The neighbors we did encounter were always friendly.
A great time was had by all and this house will be on the list for our next Hawaiian vacation
Thank you Stephanie!"
