"We stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Paul, the manager, met us, showed us the ropes and then let us enjoy. We had an issue with the refrigerator and he took care of it as soon as possible. The kitchen really is amazing. Carpeting needs some updating upstairs, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds are advertised as queens, and they are not - they are full size. I would stay again as long as you are looking for peace and quiet. You are 15 minutes from any larger grocery stores and other amenities, but that is what we liked."

"We spent almost 2 weeks here and found it to be perfect for us. The view from the 6th floor is fantastic (sunrises every morning and 1 incredible full moon rising at night). Before the trip, Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with very helpful. We were fortunate to meet her one day too...a very nice surprise.
After arriving at the condo parking lot, a friendly security person helped by showing us where the key was located (and how to open the box) and gave us directions to the local market (Tamura's) a few miles away. (Lisa also told us about Papa Ole's near Tamura's....very good food!) The condo was very clean and everything thing you'll need for preparing your own meals (and much more) is available. And the fridge has a nice supply of condiments and seasonings to get you started.
The reason we liked the location was because it's away from the crowds and city traffic. But, everyone will need to realize that, if you want to play tourist and see the Oahu sites and attractions, you're going to be driving a distance for them and you'll likely be in traffic. But that's the situation wherever you stay on Oahu if you want to travel around the island.
Recommendation for a nice beach we found by accident is Sherwood Forest (Kalanianaole Hwy in Waimanalo (look for the gate across from the Honolulu Polo Club).
We highly recommend this property!"

"Simply put, this was an excellent unit and owner. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities a family of 4 could ask for. We had one minor issue with the dryer not working, but this was not a negative. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by a very helpful owner representative who advised they were working to solve the problem and offered to help dry some laundry if needed. It was a great work around and we really appreciated that they were out front of the issue. It was resolved quickly during our stay. Knowing that we had our 2 teenagers, they made sure that we had snorkeling gear and floats for our beach time. Communication before we arrived was prompt and they were more than willing to help answer any question we had. The maintenance and security staff at the complex were simply delightful. Very friendly and helpful with helping with the "ins and outs" of island life. Security was very attentive to vehicles and visitor conduct to make sure that it stayed a family environment. Would certainly recommend this unit and location. Grocery Store and some food locations were a short drive away and you avoid the "hustle and bustle" of Honolulu. Simply put, if we can, we will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay."

"My husband and I spent 2 weeks here, with our families coming all the way from Europe. Kerry (the owner) and Billy (manager) were really pleasant and easy to work with. The house is a perfect beach home, in the most beautiful part of the island. We've been in Hawaii before, but only stayed in hotels and this house was a real treat for us - having everything that you need (just like home) and a perfect beach, right in the front of the house. Breakfast in the morning and dinner at the sunset, sipping coffee on the porch, right next to the ocean - what else you can ask for.
The beds were really comfortable. We had enough towels; there were some amazing books in the drawers, TV that we didn't turn on once (no need), AC available in each room, coffee machine, even a slow cooker (wow), washer, dryer, a lot of board games, toys for kids etc.
Once again, I want to thank Kerry for having us, and we will definitely come back.
