Perfect location - Perfect hosts!
"It is with a certain reluctance that we write this review since we fear it might make this perfect Rocky Point beachfront property unavailable next time we want to stay here - but in all fairness to our wonderful hosts, we feel we should share our thoughts. Where to start....this is a very comfortable, clean, airy apartment - just steps from the beach with an enclosed parking spot (a wonderful bonus on the busy north shore) a washer and dryer in the apartment - no need to over-pack, and hosts who are gracious and considerate of your privacy. There is also a full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, cable TV and CD player. But, again, most importantly, mere steps to the beach - and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. But please - don't book it when we want to be there!"

"I must say this was an incredible experience for me and my family. The beach just down the road, fun backyard, complementary bikes, toys, and very comfortable accommodations. Grilling and eating on the lanai was a great way to unwind from an action packed day in the sun. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a family and who are seeking some serious relaxation. You wont be disappointed!"

"We just got back from our trip to the North Shore. There were two families, eight people total. Four adults, four teens. Perfect sized house for us. The kids had their own private entrance studio downstairs. The house is typical of what you expect of a Hawaiian Beach house. It was comfortable, "mostly" clean, albeit for a few buggies and some ants (expected at the beach), comfortable beds and bedding. LOVED the outdoor shower. Small pool was perfect for cooling off and the kids loved it too. It wasn't the newest, sleekest property, but it certainly isn't falling apart. THE LOCATION AND THE VIEW IS TO DIE FOR! Cant beat it anywhere. I don't even care that the garbage disposal didn't work, and that none of the plumbers could get off their surfboards long enough to come fix it. REALLY, I didn't care! That says a lot right there. Great week, super relaxing, great fun! We watched the beautiful sunset every night while sipping sangria on our deck. Actually, we spent a lot of time on the deck. No A/C, but with the doors open and the fans going, it was like indoor/outdoor living.
Walk to food trucks (the Elephant Truck has amazing Thia food and a wonderful setting), Walk or a quick drive to Foodland and Coffee Bean. Great view of Sharks Cove, also a quick walk there and to Three Tables Beach. Great snorkeling also right off the shelf in front of the house.
Plane got delayed and Steve was so chill about letting us hang out a couple of extra hours after check out time. Mahalo for that!"

"I just stayed here for a week with 13 other family members, to include a 2 yr old and five other children, and couldn't have asked for a better house/location. The house met all our expectations and provided the perfect spot for a family vacation. You pretty much have your own private beach in the backyard with a nice little shore break in the summer months that the kids had a blast playing in for hours at a time. Right out back are two nice surf breaks that you can surf when it's good as well. When you come back to the house you have the jacuzzi to relax and warm up if you happen to get a bit chilly. The yard was perfect for the kids to kick/throw balls around and have a great time when they weren't swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed and we managed to eat almost all of our meals at home together. The house is big enough that you aren't on top of each other and there is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. You are close to Waimea, Turtle Bay, Shark's Cove, Zipline and the town of Haleiwa for shopping when needed. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at an amazing beach away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded beaches elsewhere."
