"This property is perfect for a family of 3, (maybe 4 if small children sharing a bed or someone sleeping on a mat on the floor isn't an issue.) The beach is beyond perfect with a rocky area for turtle viewing, a good sandy swimming area within walking distance, typical north shore waves if you're a surfer, and a small cove area for snorkeling if you're willing to walk a small distance that will rival Hanauma Bay, (better in my opinion because there are hardly any people!) A local fisherman pointed out this small cove our first day and I'm so grateful! We saw TONS of tropical fish, including a sea snake (kinda scary, but really cool!) pencil fish, and all the local varieties. The A/C in the house is a welcome addition and not one that is readily available in all rentals. The home is clean and all amenities provided. Be sure to eat at North Shore tacos--best fish tacos I've ever eaten! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will recommend this property to our family and friends."

"I could write multiple pages of why this house is the BEST place to stay when visiting the North Shore of Hawaii. Coming from Lanikai (on the east side of Oahu), I often go to North shore for the day to relax at the beach. But to have the opportunity to live on the North Shore in this beautiful house for a few days was absolutely amazing! Firstly, you could not ask for a better location! The house is between Pipeline and Sunset beach, in the heart of North Shore. You can easily walk to the beach in front of the house in less than a minute and enjoy a more or less empty beach front with a few other neighbors. Not to mention there are no rocks and it is easy to swim there. Across the street is a gas station where you can easily get anything you need or you can drive 10 minutes to a bigger grocery store by Waimea bay. There are several options for food as well including food trucks, teds bakery and more. You can even bike there with one of the bikes Tandi has to offer! Tandi also has snorkel gear and body boards to use. The house has a very unique and relaxing vibe, beautiful beachy furniture including outside couches, tables and sun bathing chairs to enjoy on the front patio and outside deck. There is a big yard in the back with a ping pong table and a jacuzzi making it hard for you to even leave the house to go to the beach! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is enough space for 8 people to feel more than comfortable. Above all, Tandi (the owner) is the sweetest! She was very easy to communicate and responded quickly with any questions I had. She was understanding and helped me have the best stay I could possibly have. I will most definitely be returning next summer for another dreamy vacation at the beach house."

"It is with a certain reluctance that we write this review since we fear it might make this perfect Rocky Point beachfront property unavailable next time we want to stay here - but in all fairness to our wonderful hosts, we feel we should share our thoughts. Where to start....this is a very comfortable, clean, airy apartment - just steps from the beach with an enclosed parking spot (a wonderful bonus on the busy north shore) a washer and dryer in the apartment - no need to over-pack, and hosts who are gracious and considerate of your privacy. There is also a full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, cable TV and CD player. But, again, most importantly, mere steps to the beach - and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. But please - don't book it when we want to be there!"
