"Words can not describe just how great this place is. We loved everything about it. The location is great and the house is too.
We stayed with 4 adults and one child and found ample space. There is a port a cot which was great for our little one. The rooms are very spacious and 2 bathrooms made it easier. The beds were very comfortable. It was quite warm when we stayed and found the airflow through the house and the fans enough and closing the curtains at the right time of day as suggested.
The kitchen had everything you could imagine, there is a large Foodland just down the road, so we BBQ'd most nights. I can highly recommend some of the food trucks, just outside of Ke Iki Rd Sandy's Sandwiches a small blue caravan has the best sandwiches I have ever had. Just out from of Sharks Cove the Blue Elephant Thai feels like you are in Thailand and North Shore Tacos serve the best burrito I have ever had. The location has everything to offer in walking distance.
There is a fair amount of water equipment which was helpful. There were water shoes that came in handy swimming down at Sharks Cove. Boogie boards and beach chairs that were perfect when we swam at Waimea Bay. There is even a stroller that we made good use of for the little one. There is a bike track right out front and 2 bikes supplied, its a lovely ride along the beach front.
The yard is fully fenced, which for us with a young child was perfect, he could play without any worries. We particularly enjoyed gecko and anole watching being reptile enthusiasts. The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours were lovely. There is very little highway noise.
There are many beaches to choose from some within walking distance and some just a short drive away. There is so much to do on the North Shore. 1 week just didn't seem long enough.
We have visited Hawaii a 6 times now and always stayed in Waikiki, this was by far our best holiday so far, it was perfect no complaints at all."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Great spot. The house needs some attention as carpets are older and the electrical outlet in the upstairs bath is loose on the wall.
Our car was ransacked one night. We had a few loose coins to insure they felt successful. Beats replacing broken car windows. It would be an excellent idea to fix/replace the broken fense board. Also, you may wish to consider putting up a gate and additional wooden fencing. It is helpful to protect small children near a very busy highway. Equally important, it would discourage petty theft and easy access to the property. A wooden gate with a rubber wheel rollers on a concrete paver base would be most cost effective. It can be built as is the current fense. Our family would feel much more comfortable and I assuem the other guests and houses which you own would benefit as well.
We very much enjoyed our stay and will plan to return in the future.
Please seriously think about the gate and fence!

There is no way to describe how perfect this place is!!!
"My wife and I arrived to celebrate our anniversary expecting this to be a place to sleep and eat. We were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views right from the living room/kitchen and the front porch as well as the warm, comfortable and clean living area.
We spent 11 days exploring the North Shore area. We went on several hikes, swims and adventures that were suggested by Judy and Mark. It was like having a tour guide available for the whole vacation. Every amenity worked great. We rode the bikes, used the snorkel equipment, used the washer/dryer several times, used the beach chairs/umbrella several times and even asked if there was a guitar, which Mark loaned me his personal acoustic for the entire stay. Judy and Mark are wonderful. They are always available to chat but never intrude. We felt welcome and pampered. The kitchen was clean, well stocked and had everything we wanted. We ate at several local food trucks and restaurants suggested by Judy. They were great and we were able to find a variety of places without breaking the bank. We also bought groceries at Food Town just down the road and found their prices very fair. We found this area of Oahu very friendly and never experienced theft or felt threatened in any way. There are so many things to do within 20 minutes of this place that we only left the immediate area to visit Pearl Harbor and hike Diamondhead.
Overall, we can't say enough good about this place and Mark and Judy. We have already recommended it to co-workers who are trying to book it soon. We would not ever stay anywhere else on the North Shore/Oahu."
