  • Great Place to stay

"We stayed for 10 days and love it. The cottage was as described. Very quiet. Just a short drive to town, and all the other beaches. We had breakfast and/or lunch on the patio, while watching the ski divers. The beach was just steps away, great for snorkeling and swimming. The views are incredible. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend the Beachfront Cottage."

  • Haleiwa plantation home

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at the plantation home was an awesome experience. There was 10 adults and 2 children but given the correct arrangements the house could easily accommodate double that. 6 bedrooms with King beds and 2 additional bedrooms with double king beds, the man on site was a delight and the beaches near the home were amazing. Manager responded on 11/18/2014: Aloha Brittani, We value the time you spent sharing your review about Haleiwa Plantation. This home truly is a wonderful family experience. We are happy to hear that the sleeping arrangement worked out perfectly for you group. We look forward to hosting you and your guests again! Mahalo, Hawaii Beach Homes"

  • Waialua Retreat review

"We recently returned from our 2nd stay at this wonderful vacation home in paradise. And that is exactly how you feel when you're here...comfy at your own home in paradise! Our 1st vacation stay was in 2012, and this beautiful home still has all the conveniences you would want, and then some. Kayaks & life vests, snorkeling gear, a hot tub, hammocks, BBQ grill, a grassy back yard, comfy beds, plenty of pillows & blankets, air conditioning in the bedrooms, etc., etc., etc. This home is extremely clean, kept-up and cared for...and it shows inside and out. You would think that the owner lived here all the time. Because the house is in a residential neighborhood, the beach (which is about 30 steps from the deck) is almost like your own private're not sharing it with hundreds of other people like when you stay at an expensive & tiny one bedroom hotel in Waikiki. The North Shore is quiet and clean, with plenty to do. Art galleries, restaurants, shrimp trucks, grocery & drug stores, souvenirs (sea shells, t-shirts, everything Hawaii), the Polynesian Cultural Center and more. The "Big Wave" shrimp truck (in town) was even featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives...don't miss their great garlic shrimp! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the huge deck, watching the whales jump straight-up out of the water, followed by a huge didn't even need binoculars to see them. Hanging with the sea turtles as the lay on the beach, watching the surfers do their thing, and grilling fresh fish for dinner made for many wonderful days & evenings. There is even a little pizza place (with good pizza, pasta & salads) that has live entertainment on weekends (in the shopping area across from the Old Sugar Mill shopping area). Don't hesitate to book this gem of a vacation'll love it here! The home is large enough for numerous friends or families to share...without being on top of each other. And a special thanks to Jamie for being there and having everything ready for our arrival. Now all we have to do is figure out when we can schedule our next stay. Mahalo!!!!!!! • best kept secret on the Island of Oahu

"best beaches on Oahu. the beaches here are just what I needed to get away for vacation. The beach right behind the beach condo was uncrowded and full of great snorkeling. The sea Turtles come in every night- Just in time for our daily beach walk before sunset. the condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. Plenty of room for our small family. Town was only a short 3 min ride down the road. shave Ice at the local shave Ice store is a must when you are here, The owner was very helpful on tips and things to do for our family. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR. best kept secret on the North Shore."
