"My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. This was one of our top choices, but we'd originally booked another rental nearer the beach. The original rental fell through the day before arrival. I'd emailed Wayne who was always VERY quick to respond. He accommodated our last minute booking request without hesitation And we are sooooo very glad he did. This cottage was the perfect size with extras like beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and other nice extras like a little chocolate and drinks in the fridge. Updated appliances including microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven. There was a hot plate, but we didn't use it Super affordable and very quiet neighborhood. Outdoor guests included a gecko I lovingly named Bob, A few roosters and chickens and the family cat, bo bo. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain view each morning with our coffee from the private lanai. We literally felt like we had our own piece of the island. We appreciated the extra fans and the air conditioning. Comfortable bed. We did watch a movie, which was nice from the vast selection provided. The only thing missing was a small table and chairs inside for eating, extra wash clothes and maybe an in room washer and dryer. We had family on the island, so those weren't deal breakers at all. We would definitely stay there again, would recommend it to everyone and quite frankly was trying to figure out how we could stay forever. Thank you Wayne and Frances for opening
your home to us."

"We truly enjoyed our 12 day stay at Plumeria Cottage. The cottage is well maintained and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels. The kitchen has sufficient dishes, pots, ect. Ryan was very quick to answer the few emails we had and she even brought us a half dozen fresh eggs and a papaya for breakfast. The North Shore is the real Hawaii...nice and quiet. The beach is very easy to get to and very nice. Being here from Canada we found the first few nights rather warm...wish there was air conditioning in the bedrooms...however we still slept well. Haleiwa has a great selection of restaurants and the shrimp trucks. It's a 10 minute drive to Wiamia beach or falls, and about 15 minutes to Sharks Cove...the snorkeling is We came for our daughters' wedding and would come back here if we have the opportunity to come back to Hawaii."

"We (6 adults; ages 22-84) stayed at the house in mid-July and the house was amazing. I don't think we could have found anything as nice. The house was exactly as the pictures and description. The lanai was relaxing any time of the day. The backyard and beach were peaceful and the sound of the waves relaxing. The house was within 30 minutes to most locations on the island. The beaches and towns on the North Shore are minutes away offering many different things to do. We stayed for 10 days and the house felt like home. Joey Ann was very easy to work with and I would recommend this house to anyone planning a vacation in Oahu. We all agreed that we would stay at Waialua Honu Hale next time we vacation in Oahu."

"Beautiful home right on the beach - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We saw turtles offshore near the concrete pipe everyday. You can swim close to the house, though the water wasn't clear enough to snorkel while we were there. We drove to Shark's Cove and snorkeled there -what a great experience - get there early or you won't find parking! Fun, casual restaurants in Haleiwa - we loved Kua Aina, Ted's Bakery, Breakers and Haleiwa Joe's. Had a great time with the guys at North Shore Shark Adventures - got to see some sharks. It was windy and the water got really rough later on, so I recommend the early tours."
