"Stayed here the last full week of September 2015. The unit is set up exactly as it is described and pictured. It was just my wife and I on this trip and the Hideaway was perfect for the two of us. The unit is located right across the street from Sharks Cove, which has some of the best snorkeling on the island. We brought our own snorkeling equipment but really didn't have to, the unit had snorkeling gear available for use along with beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles and other items as well. It was very nice having a washer and dryer on site, we used it a few times. I was able to pack way less knowing that I could easily run a wash. Enjoyed hikes in the morning, snorkeling/beach time in the afternoon, beautiful sunsets, and dinner in nearby Haleiwa. Favorite Haleiwa eats - Giovanni's Shrimp Truck (Haleiwa & Kahuku), Pizza Bob's, Haleiwa Joe's, & Teddy's Bigger Burgers. Also, Matsumoto's Shave Ice, that's an everyday thing! The North Shore is my favorite vacation spot and the Hideaway is convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience Hawaii away from the crowds of Waikiki. Love it, will stay here again!

"We stayed here with our two children in August. We loved it. Opposite the beach where snorkelling is great, down the road from lovely food trucks and supermarket, north shore location, near Waimea and Haleiwa. House had everything you need on holiday. Views from front decking amazing especially the sunsets. Definately recommend and would stay again. Owners really helpful and accomodating. Thank you"

"We stayed in this beautiful house for 10 days and the only complaint is that it wasn't more. Incredible location, privacy gates, loads of equipment such as beach chairs, bikes, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Easy access to beautiful Ke'Iki Beach. Two fantastic outdoor showers between the houses so you didn't track sand into the house. Spent every night on the deck watching the pine trees blow in the breeze and listening to the waves on the beach. Absolutely perfect for our group of five. Can't wait to return."

Very quiet property in great location on the North Shore.
"We really enjoyed our stay at Plumeria House. Comfortable for 6 adults and one toddler. Although we were only such a large party for 2 nights. First night we arrived there was no hot water. Luckily we were too tired to be very inconvenienced and, after a few texts to the owner, a maintenance man arrived the next morning and installed a new water heater. Still had a few troubles with there being no hot water but they did fix the issue as soon as they were able so while it was a little irritating to be without hot water after a long day at the beach we realized stuff happens and we have absolutely no complaints with how they handled the mattered. They are fully stocked on gear: chairs, bikes, toys etc. And a quick note for parents. I have a very tall toddler ( not yet 2yrs but over 3"). The pack n' play they offer is big, 3"x 3". So large, I didn't recognize it for what it was and called the 'emergency' number in a panic, big enough for my kid to stretch out diagonally so there was no need to rent a full size crib from an outside company. That was a definite bonus! Would definitely stay here again."
