Great little place with all the toys and plenty of space
"We arrived late afternoon and found our way in with a little effort. Lots of directions came via email from the management company but they were a bit confusing. The thing to remember is that there is a key outside the door in a lockbox. If you have that combo, you are good. Once inside, we were set. The place was clean and comfortable. It is not luxurious at all but very functional. That is not a complaint. I just don't want someone expecting something too much. The place is well maintained for a Hawaii property and we loved our time there. Having a surf board and boogie boards to go with the property is a huge plus. Parking is right outside the door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Quiet and comfortable."

"Great place to stay for a couple of days. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night and waking up to it in the morning. There are shops (with a cinema) just down the road (walking distance, 10 - 15 minutes.) food trucks and other dining options a short drive away. Turtle Bay was about 15 minutes drive for those who want calmer swimming beaches. There was a basic kitchenette, with a single cooktop and microwave. The only downside was that some of the pots and pans hadn't been used for a while so the residue grease had made then sticky. Also, the only sink to wash everything was the bathroom sink, but with so many dining options nearby, you can just go out to eat every day. Overall, the location was great and MaryLou was fantastic to deal with."

"What a way to relax. The surf lulls you to sleep at night & during the day I could just sit & watch it all the time. Sunsets absolutely magnificent. Turtles on the beach, wow. Swimming was good most days, when the big surf started it was a little wild but I was still happy to just get my feet wet. Town itself has nice little stores & we had no trouble getting anything we wanted. Spagettinis was good for a cheap easy meal if you don't feel like cooking. Sightseeing Waimea Valley, Sunset & Banzai beaches, Dole plantation even decided to be very brave & did a shark swim!! Would have been better if we had chosen a day when the surf wasn't up but still a great time. Well maintained unit fan & air conditioner work very well and well appointed with everything you need to be able to provide for yourselves. All in all I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. We are definitely planning to come back in the future."
