"Maggie was a very gracious host and kept common areas of the house very clean. We only stayed for two nights, but it was a very relaxing and peaceful weekend. AC runs well, fridge and microwave are available in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked, just ask Maggie for something before you go out and buy it! It was a perfect getaway and staycation for us. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!"

"We had been planning our trip to Hawaii for years. There were twelve of us including our adult children and their families. This also included our three grandchildren under the age of four. Mike and Melanie could not have been more accommodating without being intrusive. They were really special.
The home was very comfortable, had everything we could have needed, and is designed for child safety. The location was perfect for us. We were out of the bustle of Waikiki but close to shopping, restaurants, Hanauma Bay for snorkeling, and close access to beaches and hiking. Our family, especially the grandchildren loved the pool. This place was exactly what we were looking for."

"I was nervous since there is limited photos of the property, but it was nice!
We were a group of 8, on island for a conference, it was nice to have a house instead of a hotel room to relax in and come and go as we want!
Everything was where we expected, a boogie board or 2 were broken, but still had 4 to take with us to the beach! And snorkel gear!!!
We enjoyed our stay!"

"We spent the month of September in this lovely townhouse on Kuapa Isle. The degree of comfort and well being we experienced exceeded our expectations. A lot of effort and resources have gone into decorating the townhouse and stocking it with household goods and supplies to assure that all possible needs of guests are met. In addition, the townhouse has beautiful paintings on the walls and objects of art placed throughout the house and decks.
Of course, the dominant features of this townhouse are the front deck facing the bay, and the side deck which is sheltered a bit from the sun and breeze. Majestic Koko Head mountain can be seen as a back drop across the bay.
What we found to be refreshing was the view of nearby mountain tops partially covered with moisture-laden grey clouds. This was sometimes the precursor of refreshing showers that lasted a short time (less than one hour) giving way to sunshine the rest of the day.
Shopping and finding places to eat was easy. The Koko Marina shopping center (5 minutes away) and the Kahala Mall (20 minutes drive) offer a plethora of stores and restaurants. Most days, our morning started with coffee served on the side deck. This is when we planned our day. We would then drive to the nearby "Whole Foods" store and get fresh fruit and fresh food items. That same evening we would grill the freshly bought sea food or steaks and eat supper on the front deck. And then, our favorite beach is Lanikai which is a about 45 minutes drive.
We definitely give the highest mark to Jane Howard's townhouse in Kuapa island. Jane's property manager, Diane was very attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our stay."
