"This is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed the ducks, when you open the patio doors here they come quacking away to greet you in the morning. My husband suffered a stroke after we had made our reservations, I didn't need to cancel. The house is on one level, the deck is a great place to spend time. In the morning the sun bathes you with warmth, then in the afternoon the deck is shaded. The house makes you feel at home, anything you need is there. The ice maker works!! Jane was very thoughtful about providing the house with things you might need. There are plenty of restaurants close by, lots of different choices.A great place to stay."

"I am a frequent stayer at Villa koko. I love the location on Oahu not to far from the city but just far enough away to enjoy the Piece and tranquility of Hawaii.
The Kitchenette is perfect for me because I love to make fresh food at home.
Plenty of space. ( for me & my luggage) haha.
Lots of towels & hangers ect.
The area is Quiet, very safe and secure.
I had lots of Fun Golfing on the golf course and shooting at the shooting rage.
As I am adventurous I also love the Hikes. All within 5 mins. Oh and oh course the fabulous beaches that you can walk to!
The Owner Marshall is quite a joy to be around. Very helpful and always keeps you laughing.
Definitely much nicer than a crowded hotel in waikiki."

"Seabreeze is a beautiful property located at the upper end of a fairly long valley. It is a good distance from Waikiki (I consider that a good thing) and even removed from the congestion of the center of the Hawaii Kai area where it is located. It was very quiet; we only heard noise from upstairs briefly once or twice.
The bedrooms are huge. We could have lived comfortably for the week in the master with it's enormous bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we needed. Also lots of cleaning supplies, plastic bags, even paper plates if you don't want to wash dishes. The owners provided coffee, tea, fruit and local sweet bread. Our daughter and family live in Honolulu and when we visit, we usually eat out or at their home. It was nice to have them come to Seabreeze and cook dinner for them.
The pool was great. The increase in elevation from sea level and the mountains being so close kept things cooler than in the city or Waikiki Beach, so I didn't swim much in the early morning or evening as I usually do when visiting Hawaii. Lots of sun by the pool mid-day, but we were often out and about at that time.
My only annoyance was that with another tenant leaving the day we arrived, we were told we couldn't check-in until late afternoon. Then that tenant stayed late, and when we arrived even later than the time we were told, the owners were just finishing cleaning and fluffing. Not a big deal, but I like to get full use for the full time I'm paying for.
The daily rent for Seabreeze was more than I typically pay in Hawaii. But our daughter just had a baby and we wanted to be close to them and have a relaxed atmosphere, which meant outside of Waikiki (where you usually find the lowest prices). Seabreeze definitely met our criteria. Their VRBO site said they will be going to monthly rentals only this summer, so this was our only opportunity to stay here."

"Everything was great and as expected. The house is perfectly located. Cool layout with the game room separate from the main living area. A nice well manicured fenced yard with a gate to bring your car in. Friendly neighborhood for morning walks to watch the sunrise. Best deal in Hawaii Kai by far."
