  • Scenic Vacation Pool Home

"This home even comes complete with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Even cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Some spices are also in the cabinets. Hiro, our property manager, was very accommodating. I traveled from Florida, so at first getting in touch with the 6 hour time difference took a minute. Be patient. He is very gracious and helpful, and literally lives next door (a stones throw away). The property has complete privacy, and the scenic views are incredibly breathtaking. The house does not come with central air conditioning, but the master does have a window unit a/c. The guest bedroom (my room) did not, but by late evening the guest room does cool down. Being on top of the mountain, it does have a constant breeze with ceiling fans throughout the house. Also the guest bedroom has a twin bed, so if you're traveling with another couple, it may be cramped, but with younger children or a single adult it should be fine. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room for additional people. The views looking down on Honolulu, Diamond Head and Waikiki are amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. You are literally 10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes away from Honolulu. I would highly recommend this property not only for the price, but for the privacy as well."

  • Private Gem

"This property it lovely spacius and comes extremely well equipped. As a family we enjoyed the private yard and pool with a great outdoor space. The bedrooms were situated in the that they provided seperation from the main area where we would gather. The pool table/conversion ito pingpong gave all of us extra enjoyment for the evenings. The sound system within the home and on the Lanai was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking in the up to date kitchen which included double sinks- double diswashers- double fridge units- double wine coolers, there was room for everything. What a beautiful home in a amazing area just a short drive from Waikiki, where you are within walking distance of the Kahala Resort. a great place to enjoy brunch on the beach, wine in any one of the areas of this resort or just the dolpins swimming in their sanctuary. Its a lovely night out. You are across the street from a Park that leads to the Beach. What more could one ask for!"

  • Fantastic experience!!! So much fun!!!

"My week with Shoots was so amazing. We picked him up and Josh did such a great job going over the van and telling us all the best spots to camp. The van was well outfitted and had everything we needed to get us on the road after a quick stop to Safeway! Our first 3 nights we stayed at Bellow's Beach. This place is heaven on earth!! Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was great. We had great weather and really enjoyed just hanging out at the beach all day. There is a great local place to eat right outside the gate called Sweet Home Waimanalo Cafe + Market. They have the best curry wrap!! After our stay at Bellow's we headed up to the North Shore to stay at Camp Mokuleia. It was also a great place to camp. The people were so nice and they had hot showers!! We loved the North Shore so much. So much great food!!! My favorite was the Spaghettini. They had good pizza but even better mushroom ravioli. We got to see some surf competitions while were where there- wow that was cool! Camping with Shoots let us really spend quality time on the North Shore and it doesn't get much better than pulling up this sweet ride to watch the sunset on the North Shore of Hawaii!! I can't wait to do this again next year!! Thanks Hawaii Campers- Aloha"

  • Spacious House With Great Views

"We enjoyed the spacious house, it's quiet setting and gorgeous views. There were several great restaurants nearby and it was very easy to get around the island from this location. We spent a couple evenings in Waikiki, snorkeled at Hanauma Bay, went to a luau at Sea Life Park, and took drives to Kailua, Mililani and the North Shore. There are several water sport activities in nearby Hawaii Kai and it's also very close to the Kahala and Ala Moana Malls. The rooms upstairs really warmed up in the afternoon, but each had air conditioning which helped a lot. The narrow, shared driveway was a challenge in our large Ford Explorer so I would recommend a smaller vehicle when renting this property. We had a great time and would consider this house again on a future visit to Oahu!"
