"My husband and I stayed at this condo and were very comfortable. We met the maintenance man Ramon and the housekeeper Nida on our arrival and they were very helpful and friendly. The condo had everything we wanted - comfortable beds, air conditioning, two televisions and great internet. Also the location was great with the bus stop just outside the door, all shops, restaurants and beach just a walk away. We didnt meet Edna but she did ring to welcome us and was in touch while we were there. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Honolulu."

"Enjoyed a great 5 night stay in Michael's condo in tower 2 at the Waikiki Banyan. The views can't be beat for the price, and everything in the condo was as described. The decor gives the condo a great Hawaiian feel that you are looking for when visiting Waikiki. The internet service worked great, and the parking pass was also a huge plus.
The unit was clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware as well, and eating meals out on the lanai overlooking the Pacific couldn't be beat. We didn't use any of the amenities on the rec deck, but this building has a lot going for it. There are plenty of great restaurants just across the street.
Michael was great, and checked with me after the stay to make sure everything went well. Mahalo Michael!"

"My husband and I, together with our adult son loved Patricia's beautiful condo in Hawaii. We loved the convenience of all the hotel facilities and the great location right on the beach. The view from the lanai was breath taking of the lagoon and beach so we spent plenty of time out there and what a great spot to enjoy the fireworks on Friday evening. Patricia is such a friendly and gracious host and we were made very welcome when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourself which we enjoyed doing. There were plenty of lush thirsty towels and a very comfortable bed. Loved our stay in Hawaii thanks to Patricia's great condo and hope to come back again soon."

Outstanding, but a few small improvements would make it spectacular!
"Just returning from a fantastic week in Hawaii staying at the Banyan Tree Beach House. We were a group of 10 and there were so many wonderful aspects of this property - but a few things really ought to be fixed and were unexpected for a rental in this price range. The home was truly a study in contrasts: the space was huge and easily accommodated our group. You are right on the beach with a beautiful view and located between two malls you can walk to that have everything you will need (restaurants, movie theater, food store, drug store, Costco, etc.). Also, great mountain hiking in the area. The large deck was great for hanging out, eating and playing cards or just enjoying a glass of wine. The master bedroom suite is spectacular (but the shower handle fell off in the shower). The artwork, cabinets and many of the pieces of furniture were extraordinary (but some of the floors needed refinishing and the doors need to be replaced). The kitchen is fully appointed with every kind of gorgeous serving bowl and platter you can imagine (but the dishwasher wasn't mounted properly and there was an ant infestation). And cockroaches were everywhere and the house really needs to be fumigated. You are right on a busy road, which is ok, but the entry gate was broken so you had to get in and out of the car to enter or leave the property (very inconvenient). The TV had cable, but there was no remote for the Sony DVD player, which was the only way to operate it, so we couldn't look at our home movies we brought. These are small complaints and you can see, I still rate the property a 5, its just that the owners really ought to expend the resources to properly fix these things. I hate to say anything negative - we had a great time, but this lovely home deserves to be kept up and it is time to make these repairs."
