"We had 1 week staying in this Condo and it was awesome! The location would have to be as close as anyone could stay on Waikiki beach. The lanai not only has a great view of what's happening on the beach, but also a perfect spot for 'people watching' and watching the Friday night fireworks. The condo is immaculately clean, very well furnished, has a full kitchen and excellent washing machine and dryer. Parking is included in the booking and if you don't want to use the lift there's a stair case up 2 floors to the door - the lift is often busy so saves you the wait. To go to the beach you only need to go down 1 flight out stairs and out the gate - it's that easy. The owner of the condo is excellent to deal with, as are the managing agency Outrigger Regency who handle guests arrival, departure and any other needs. Guests also have full use of the pool at Outrigger Reef next door, however we didn't use it as the beach was so nice."

"We recently visited Hawaii for the first time, it won't be the last. The reason we came to Hawaii was for a family wedding. We had know idea where we wanted to stay so I did some research. We wanted to be centrally located and near the airport. I had a list of attractions I wanted to see and things I wanted to do on Oahu. I mapquested my adventures and ended up picking this gem of a condo for our accommodations.
The condo is in a great location and the other tenants in the building were friendly. The description of the condo is accurate, it's small. It's small but perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. Cleaning supplies were accessible and the buildings laundry room was clean. My only complaint would be the same complaint seen in other reviews, the parking. Parking is tight! It's tight but totally doable. My husband even figured out the "short cut" into the building.
I owners were easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails. The whole experience was a good one. We will totally try to book here again when we return to Hawaii."

The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc., there were lots of extra towels and blankets available and did I mention how clean the suite was?
There was an issue with paying the remainder of the deposit right before we left and Chris was very helpful in getting it sorted out in a timely manner. He kept in constant contact and provided an alternate method of payment. Being a first time visitor, we also really loved the "welcome" letter he sent out with recommendations of things to do and places to go. We checked out quite a few of his tourist and restaurant recommendations and really enjoyed them.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this suite and would definitely stay here again on a return trip."

"This condo was PERFECT! Great size, comfy king bed, killer views, xtra large lanai and a great location overall. Close enough to all the action in Waikiki yet far enough away to relax with less crowds and noise. Fireworks next door at the Hilton were spectalular! Walks to Ala Moana Beach Park for sunsets should not be missed. Only downside was parking. $28 night at the Ilikai so we chose to park for free some over by the Hiltons Lagoon till 1030 pm then had to move car over to the Marina parking overnight for $1 hour. This saved us a lot of money but was a little inconvenient. Both locations were very close to the ramp up to the Ilakai. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and hope to return. Mahalo!"
