  • Great house for a family or group, with a very nice landlady!

"This home was perfect for our family reunion. The accommodations are comfortable and attractive, everything was clean and in good shape, and we appreciated the little extras (like a cupboard brimming with spices) so we didn't have to buy every little thing at the store. Hanauma Bay (our favorite snorkeling place) is only a few minutes away, as are restaurants, ice cream & shaved ice (very important!), Costco (best deal on macadamia nuts), and everything else we needed. In addition, making the reservation was pleasant because Kari is truly a nice person. We had a bit of an unusual need, and she graciously worked things out perfectly for us. We would definitely rent this home again!"

  • Great Condo!

"My wife and I loved this condo. It is in a perfect location. In the past we have stayed near Diamond Head, but we decided to stay somewhere new this time and Kakaako was a perfect spot. Although we had a car to visit friends on Oahu, it was an easy walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Ward Center and Ward Warehouse along with two wonderful Japanese markets. The number of restaurants was amazing. The best Thai food in Hawaii at Phuket Thai is a very short walk without crossing the street. Other great restaurants within walking distance are Chef Chai, Stage, Side Street Inn, Kakaako Kitchen and Tango. Of course, there are several more in the area, depending on tastes and budget. It was two block walk to Ala Moana Park for exercise. The view from the 25th floor is amazing and depending on the time year, you can see whales (bring your own binoculars) or the Green Flash from the lanai. The tenants of the building are friendly and you feel like you are a resident rather than a tourist, which is hard to do in the Diamond Head area. We would go back without a doubt. We really didn't want to leave. The condo is nicely appointed, so don't have the feeling that it is a rental that nobody cares about maintaining. It was definitely the best condo we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended."

  • Great memories of time spent in this home!

"My husband and I rented this home to host close family for our son's wedding. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. The house is spacious (we numbered 15) and very well appointed and we had easy access to all our destinations in Oahu. We greeted the dawn every morning from the neighborhood dock down the street. The backyard pool and grill were a definite plus. The house was well stocked with essentials and had all the amenities of home. It was clean and well maintained. The owners are very responsive to questions and requests. We originally considered a hotel for our accommodation needs but are glad we chose to rent this home. Since family and friends travelled from far and near, it gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our compny in a far more meaningful way. The location in a neighborhood was also quiet and safe. The property has easy access to many restaurants: we ate at Roy's in Hawaii Kai, Kona Brewing Company, Nico's at Pier 38 and had great sandwiches for lunch in a nearby shopping center deli, Kale's Natual Foods. Grocery stores, drugstores, gas stations, etc. are all close by. Neighborhood is safe for walking - park and beach are very close. We unhesitatingly recommend this property and will always have fond memories of our time spent there and cherish that it was from this house that our son departed on his wedding day!"

  • Awesome home with amazing views!

"This was our second stay at this amazing rental and, as always, we enjoyed every moment of it. We came to visit family and friends and decided to stay here again as we were coming with a large group…7 of us. Cristin and her husband are so very welcoming and friendly and always so accommodating! We were there over Fourth of July weekend and we were able to see the firework show over Waikiki from the lanai! Unbelievable to be able to enjoy the show without the crowds and from the privacy of your own place. The views from this home are one of the things that keep bringing us back! The home is always well taken care of and clean and fully stocked with almost anything you need! The home is centrally located so going anywhere on the island was never a problem! We even experienced a flat tire on our departure day on the way to the airport and Cristin and her husband were so accommodating even when they had guests arriving later that day! Amazing service…we cannot say enough great things about the house and Cristin and her family! We will definitely be back again!!!"

Honolulu Travel Tips

Stay in Honolulu Lodging and Experience a New Culture

Visiting Hawaii any time of year is an exciting event for the entire family. You'll find that Honolulu lodging offers something special, unlike any other destination in the world. If you’re planning a tropical island getaway, you simply can’t ignore the opportunities found in Honolulu on the island of Oahu.

Rent Honolulu Lodging for Easy Access to the Surf

Many travelers choose to brush up on their surfing skills near Honolulu condos, as Oahu is fast becoming a popular destination for such activity. There are many choices available in Honolulu resorts, but your proximity to the famous beaches here might be an important consideration for the water-lovers in your entourage.

Honolulu Condos for Romantic Getaways

There’s nothing like finding your own Honolulu lodging choice tucked away from the busy crowds, and Honolulu condos are the ideal answers if this sounds more like the type of trip you’ll be looking forward to. Visit the local markets for genuine island fare, and try your hand at a new recipe or even cooking foods completely new to you and your sweetie. Many Honolulu resorts are not only located within walking distance of any convenience you may require during your visit, but also come fully equipped to meet your cooking and dining needs while you are away from home.

Honolulu Resorts Let You Interact with the Locals

Once you arrive at your Honolulu lodging accommodations, take a stroll through town and gather a few local papers to find out what type of nearby festivals and special events you and your family might enjoy during your visit. Many restaurants cater to those staying in Honolulu condos with designated traditional menus on certain nights of the week or in celebration of an upcoming holiday. Your choice in Honolulu resorts will also offer several beachfront celebrations, festivals and demonstrations so that you can fully experience the local culture during your stay.
