"This home even comes complete with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Even cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Some spices are also in the cabinets.
Hiro, our property manager, was very accommodating. I traveled from Florida, so at first getting in touch with the 6 hour time difference took a minute. Be patient. He is very gracious and helpful, and literally lives next door (a stones throw away).
The property has complete privacy, and the scenic views are incredibly breathtaking. The house does not come with central air conditioning, but the master does have a window unit a/c. The guest bedroom (my room) did not, but by late evening the guest room does cool down. Being on top of the mountain, it does have a constant breeze with ceiling fans throughout the house. Also the guest bedroom has a twin bed, so if you're traveling with another couple, it may be cramped, but with younger children or a single adult it should be fine. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room for additional people.
The views looking down on Honolulu, Diamond Head and Waikiki are amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. You are literally 10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes away from Honolulu.
I would highly recommend this property not only for the price, but for the privacy as well."

"My wife and I recently stayed here with my father. Plenty of room for the three of us. Wonderful to sit on the lanai and relax with the view of Diamond Head. We live on a quiet road at home so we wondered what the city noise level would be. With the condo facing a nice park and at the far eastern end of Waikiki, the noise isn't bad. Enjoyed listening to the sounds of the zoo animals from the park. Very easy to drive out to the freeway and avoid all the Waikiki traffic. Very nice that parking is included with the rental. Stores, grocery and restaurants are all near-by and there is a mini-mart right in the building. Fully equipped kitchen, great location, great condo. I recommend it without hesitation."

The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc., there were lots of extra towels and blankets available and did I mention how clean the suite was?
There was an issue with paying the remainder of the deposit right before we left and Chris was very helpful in getting it sorted out in a timely manner. He kept in constant contact and provided an alternate method of payment. Being a first time visitor, we also really loved the "welcome" letter he sent out with recommendations of things to do and places to go. We checked out quite a few of his tourist and restaurant recommendations and really enjoyed them.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this suite and would definitely stay here again on a return trip."

"This is a small gem. Located across from Kapiolani Park, with a sweeping view of the ocean. We were here for part of our Honeymoon and it was perfect. We will be recommending this unit to our family and friends and look forward to returning again some day!"
