  • Great location, affordable and comfortable!

"We booked our vacation rental through hellorelaxation. The ladies who helped us with this booking were very helpful and responsive. The condo we rented was perfect for a family of 4 on a budget with 2 teenage girls. The unit was exactly where we wanted it... Walking distance to Waikiki beach and all the shops. It was clean and spacious. I brought my own pillow to improve my sleep, but the mattresses were quite comfortable. The grocery store was a short drive away. Wifi access was better than we could ever hope for from a hotel. The kitchen was an amazing advantage, as we were able to eat breakfasts before heading to the beach and make our own lunches to take to the beach. Also great to be able to store dinner leftovers and reheat them for lunch the next day. It saved us lots of money. Whatever we needed, I could email or call Hellorelaxation and they responded within minutes. Great service. If you are looking for luxury, this is not what you should expect. This is an affordable, reasonable and clean alternative to paying high prices for the fancy, sleek and trendy spots that you'd be paying twice the price for. It has all the basics, it's comfortable, and it is in a great location."

  • Great base away from the hype, everything you need!

"This condo was just what we needed for our stay in Waikiki. It's a very old building but the condo has been remodelled so beautifully so it's quite a surprise when you walk in. It's not the biggest space (particularly the bathroom), but perfect for two people, especially if you get out a lot. The bed is comfy, big flat screen TV, aircon works well and there's a fan if you prefer, the Wifi was also good. There's a lovely lanai with great views of the canal to the right. It was a bit noisy, lots of trucks and other outside noise early in the morning, but that's Waikiki for you, and the aircon drowns out the noise a bit. The condo is very well equipped, it was great to have a washing machine and dryer, and some nice extras like an umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag. We were particularly glad to find things in the cupboards that other guests have left behind that we could use so we didn't have to buy a whole bunch of stuff we wouldn't get through in a week (although this is not always guaranteed I'm sure). We were quite surprised by the amazing rooftop area, we didn't expect it to be so nice. Beautiful pool, great BBQs, INCREDIBLE 360 degree views. It's about a 10-15 min walk to the beach, but the walk passes through shops etc so it's a nice stroll. Was great to have a parking space! Overall a great place to stay if you're looking to avoid over-priced and chaotic hotels and resorts and want to be able to prepare your own meals."

  • Yoka Hamada

"This is the best property I have ever stayed at in Waikiki! It is decorated so beautifully with antiques and upscale furnishings. The tropical tradewinds come through all day and night, so not need for an air conditioner, although there is one if needed. The full kitchen is fully stocked with all I needed to cook full gourmet meals for me and my daughter. It is great to have the washer/dryer in the apartment, and equally nice to have an assigned parking space, high-speed internet, and free local/mainland and Canada calling! I woke up to the birds singing in the big Plumeria trees located in the front and the lanai (balcony) areas. The scent of the flowers is intoxicating. We enjoyed the newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and the new carpet and large chaise couch, as well as the flat screen tv's in the living room and bedroom. It is so convenient to walk to San Souci beach, where the sand if soft and white, and the snorkeling is amazing! The bus is close by, and it is a great way to get around the island. Safeway is less than a mile away, and it is huge; they carry everything we needed. I highly recommend this oasis in Diamond Head, and will come again next year. Mahalo, Yoko I can't believe they don't charge more for this beautiful apartment!"

  • Waikiki Bliss

"16 nights of fabulous vacation! The Condo is so well situated, just a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. The views are hard to put into words but I would start with 'glorious'. The balcony (Lanai) is spacious and perfect to put your feet up and indulge in a cup of Kona coffee whilst taking in the multifaceted blue of the Pacific Ocean that changes daily before your eyes. You don't always find both beds in a Condo being comfortable, but the pull out Queen size sofa bed in the lounge is comfortable and fine to sleep on as well, which was a great bonus. There is everything you need in the kitchen and everything is lovely and clean and in great working order. I found the Condo quiet with minimal noise from other rooms. I would recommend this Condo for visitors who want a little home comfort and the freedom to cater for themselves if they wish. Gary is professional, courteous and great to deal with. I can see why people rebook! Mahalo Gary."
