  • Perfect!!

"We had a great time! The view was amazing. There was everything we needed and so nice and clean. We watched the surfers while having coffee in the morning. We were there for Halloween and WOW! All the costumes it was so cool just to watch. Our 15yr old loved the beach. We had to pry her off. The water is so clear you can be in over you head and still see your feet. If we hadn't been traveling to the other side of the island we probably would not have needed the car. You can walk to almost everything. Try Me BBQ across the street the food is great and the portion size was huge, also the hamburger place at the beach is yummy and don't forget the shaved ice. There is nothing like it. We will definitely stay here again! Jason is so nice and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot. Thank You so much we will be back Ginny"

  • Perfect Property

"Just returned home from our stay in unit 2612 in tower 2 at the Banyon Waikiki. Upon our arrival, we walked in to an absolutely spotless unit just as pictured, a very nice welcome note, and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. The condo was exactly as pictured. We unpacked and as we did so, discovered so many wonderful extras throughout the unit. The dishes and glasses all matched and were in perfect order, the pots and pans were spotless, and everything we could ever need during our stay was just as we would have placed it if it had been our unit. Need a piece of tape or scissors, open the drawer, need an iron and ironing board, look in the closet, hairdryer in the bottom drawer in the bathroom. It was quite amazing! Everything listed on the VRBO page for this property was there! The TV and the WiFi worked perfectly. (oh darn, couldn't get Downton Abbey on PBS! :-) As for the property, there were always people working out by the pool and bar-b-que area to keep it clean and tidy, We had no need to call Dolly about anything, and who by the way was amazing throughout the time we booked and actually arrived. The unit faced Southwest, so was shaded in the morning, full sun for the afternoon, and then once it passed over tower 1, it became shady again, so a bit warm in mid afternoon, but no problem. This is definitely a property that we would return to in the future. Thank you Dolly!"

  • Geeat location and place...

"My wife and I stayed here for a week. If you're going to Waikiki and are thinking about the Hilton or any place for that matter, stay here. It's next to the Hilton, has excellent hotel amenities and the rental is exactly as you see in the pictures. Roomy, great bed and the lanai, where we spent relaxing breakfasts and late afternoons after sight seeing was perfect. Southeast view gives you the right morning sun and afternoon too. The only thing that we can't justify is the the hotel parking fees. This is not Carl's fault. It's just the way it is. Paid $190 for a week of valet parking plus the obligatory tip for the guy who gets the car when you want it. Probably spent $225 overall on parking. So that's life. But even with the parking plus rent, it beats spending $300+ per night at a resort. Stay here and walk to the resort. This was just great"
