  • Home from Home!

"We recently stayed at this unit for the second time in 2 years. We like the unit and location very much. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff and security at the Royal Garden and so much nicer than staying in a hotel room - everything is perfect! Every day we walked one or more times to the ocean through Fort DeRussey Park. Our favourite place to hang out when we were not walking the beach was the Shorebird Bar at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach - a great stop for lunch or dinner or a Mai Tai at the bar. We enjoyed 2 Trade Wind sailings on the "Mai Tai" Catamaran which we think is the best on the beach for a good windy sail out and around Diamond Head. Took the bus to Pearl Harbour and visited the Arizona Memorial - no need to use a tour company just take the city bus but go early in the day as the daily average of visits is over 4000. One great thing about Waikiki is you have no need of a car - everywehere is an easy walk. We can't wait to go back again!"

  • Great Location. Comfortable Apartment- Don't hesitate!

"What a great location. Our family of 5 - Dad, Mum and 3 Teenage boys (20, 17 & 14) all thoroughly enjoyed or stay in unit 2002. It was exactly as presented on this site. It is clean, comfortable and everything works. Merry the owner was extremely helpful. She was always contactable via email or phone and allowed us to check in a few hours early on arrival. She also had a great tip about a local taxi service to book for airport pickup. The unit is only one block from the beach. There is a Food Pantry supermarket a couple of blocks away to help fill the fridge if you want to cook and eat at home on occassion. The added bonus of beach chairs and boogie boards was much appreciated. The free high speed wi-fi was a great bonus. It kept the boys connected. Also we got to watch the last 2 episodes of "Breaking Bad" live thanks to the widescreen TV and pay TV. We can't wait to return at sometime in the future."

  • Great for families!

"I stayed in a 2bdr and 2bath unit with my husband, 14 month old and my brother and sister in law. I was very impressed with how easy it was to book and secure the accommodations. Wyndham was extremely helpful when I asked if my brother could check in before we arrived so he didn't have to loiter around for 6hrs. The Wyndham was very thoughtful and provided a childproofing kit and pack and play. I do recommend bringing your own crib sheet if you're a germophobe! Overall the unit has everything you would need to cook and I ended up using the laundry a few times when my baby left us a morning surprise. Fantastic location if you want to be central. Walkable to the Hilton Hawaiian Village where our friends were staying and 5 mins away from Waikiki beach or shops. The valet parking although expensive was super efficient and friendly. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and informative. We felt very well taken care of the whole time. The only downside is the pool is very small and our baby didn't like the ocean so we ended up going to the Hilton Hawaiian Village to visit their 5 pools!!! Overall we are so glad we chose the Wyndham."

  • Wow!!! Great enjoyable experience

"My young family stayed here for a week and enjoyed themselves. My 2 young boys were excited to come to Hawaii and when they came back home, they were equally excited to go back. The owner was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The suite had everything we needed and more . It was clean, organized and the recommendations were excellent. I would definitely recommend this to others."
