"We could not have been happier with this wonderful rental unit. Julie was fantastic to work during booking/payment process and always quickly responded. Her unit is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed to make our time in Oahu perfect. We appreciated everything that was provided (beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand toys) and we absolutely loved the view from the balcony. It's an easy walk to the beach as well. The free parking was wonderful. My children, husband and I loved our time here and if we every are lucky enough to come back- we would stay here again! Mahalo for a wonderful stay!"

"We had 1 week staying in this Condo and it was awesome! The location would have to be as close as anyone could stay on Waikiki beach. The lanai not only has a great view of what's happening on the beach, but also a perfect spot for 'people watching' and watching the Friday night fireworks. The condo is immaculately clean, very well furnished, has a full kitchen and excellent washing machine and dryer. Parking is included in the booking and if you don't want to use the lift there's a stair case up 2 floors to the door - the lift is often busy so saves you the wait. To go to the beach you only need to go down 1 flight out stairs and out the gate - it's that easy. The owner of the condo is excellent to deal with, as are the managing agency Outrigger Regency who handle guests arrival, departure and any other needs. Guests also have full use of the pool at Outrigger Reef next door, however we didn't use it as the beach was so nice."

"We rented this apartment because we wanted to be close to the beach and have an ocean view. Man! the view is amazing!! when we opened the door for the first time we were blown away by the blue ocean just below us. Apartment is nice and it even had a kitchen. We will recommend this to all our friends."

"We loved staying here! This condo is located in a fantastic area of Waikiki, just half a block to the beautiful beach, mere steps away from not one but two ABC stores, and a 15-second walk away from one of our favourite restaurants, Lulu's, as well as many others.
The view from this place was just amazing - even better than in the photos here. We woke up to the sounds of birds and zoo animals and opened the curtains to a 180-degree view of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean. It's hard to want to leave the balcony!
The room itself is very well equipped and a great size for a one or two week stay. The bed is very comfy and there are lots of great touches to improve your stay, such as beach chairs, coolers and beach towels to borrow. There is a microwave, coffee machine and hot plate as well as fridge/freezer - it's not a place for cooking big meals, but ideal for rustling up some snacks.
I would say the room is larger than it appears on the photos too. Cosy but definitely comfortable for two people on vacation, with lots of storage space for clothes and shoes. You can fit luggage under the bed also. Everything was clean - the shower is a little tricky to get the water to be a consistent temperature, but this was no big deal for us. The air conditioning was perfect and easy to use, with a 'quiet' mode when you're sleeping.
There is also a fantastic sun deck on the 10th floor with an even bigger view of Diamond Head and the beach. A perfect place to enjoy a few drinks in the sun. The hotel is also home to a great burger place and Hula's, a fun and gay-friendly bar. You can sometimes hear the music from the bar at night and in the afternoon when you're out on the balcony, but not when the balcony doors are closed. We enjoyed listening to the music, but just be aware if you prefer a very quiet place that there is also a little bit of noise from the road outside. It's not an especially busy road but there are buses and trucks that occasionally go by. You're on the 6th floor so it's not that bad.
The hotel desk (the hotel management company is a separate was kind enough to look after our bags while we waited for our late flight, and the staff seemed very friendly. Bill and Charles, who own the condo, gave excellent customer service at all stages of the process. All in all a fantastic place to stay, in a perfect location."
