  • Perfect place to stay

"What a wonderful place to stay, the condo was as shown on the pictures. We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this unit. So nice to have a place without stains on the furniture and flooring. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning nice to have. Beautiful views of the pool which we used everyday. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking as well as small things such as paper towels, dish soap etc. Our kids enjoyed the DVDS after a day site seeing. Don is very responsive, we received detailed arrival info from him 1 week in advance. Thank you, Don for your hospitality this was our 3rd VBRO stay and by far the best experience. Mahalo and hope to return again in the near future."

  • Great place, very affordable, home-away-from-home.

"Was very accommodating in last-minute booking, which was much appreciated. Condo was as advertised, and well stocked. Great location, right in the heart of Waikiki for a very affordable price. Within walking distance to the beach. While valet is expensive, paid street parking is an option in front of the building, or free parking along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd) if you can find a spot. Building itself is very well maintained and luxurious. Although they would not stop us from returning to this unit or recommending it, minor issues were a noisy a/c unit, the smaller fridge, and kitchen accessories that could use a more thorough clean."

  • Great place to stay

"We loved staying in this beautiful condo! What a perfect location being so close to the beach, the lagoon and walking distance to the Ala Moana shopping centre. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well maintained and the view from the 20th floor was just amazing. We would recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to come back again."

  • Great location and lovely condo!

"The condo is in a great location- close to all the happenings of Waikiki, but away from the craziness! We have 2 small children (9 months and 3 years) and the kitchen was great for meals. We loved eating out on the lanai! The unit has a washer and dryer which was super convenient! It was easy to reserve and our deposit was in our mailbox 2 days after we got home. Our girls LOVED the mirrors in the living room and the 3 year old wants to go back to the "Hawaii House"! Would definitely go back."

Hawaiian Monarch Travel Tips

Hawaiian Monarch Condos Allow You to See the Wonder of Waikiki

On the south side of the island of Oahu, Hawaii, you will find Waikiki, a neighborhood of Honolulu and the Hawaiian Monarch Resort. Its name originates from the rivers and streams in the area and means "spouting water." This Pacific Ocean area is the home of surfing and Hawaiian Monarch condos are heaven for surfers. Waikiki rentals are ideal for independent travelers looking for a base for this popular sport.

Hawaiian Monarch Condos for Thundering Waves and Foaming Surf

Even the name "Waikiki" is enough to conjure up visions of dark blue, thundering waves and foaming surf. Staying in the Hawaiian Monarch Resort, you will find your visions are reality. Waikiki is referred to as the "world’s best beach" by more than just the surfer dudes. Staying in Hawaiian Monarch condos is not just about the glorious beaches on your doorstep. When you want to get out and do some hiking, your Waikiki rental is also conveniently placed for the parks and mountains.

Hawaiian Monarch Resort Is Ideal to Hike the World’s Most Famous Volcano

It may be difficult to tear yourself away from the beach and your Hawaiian Monarch condo but if you are looking for something different to do on your vacation, try a hike at Diamond Head Volcano. Not far from the Hawaiian Monarch Resort, this moderately difficult hike is worth the effort. The hike includes a section of tunnel. You’ll need a flashlight so ask the owner of your Waikiki rental if you haven’t packed one! When you reach the top, the view of the entire west side of the island is second to none. There are also four waterfall hikes to undertake, each of these is classified as easy and ideal for those who are not seasoned hikers. They are definitely worth seeing.

Waikiki Rentals Are Close to Pearl Harbor

Few visitors here leave without a visit to Pearl Harbor, the somber memorial to the 1,100 sailors who died on December 7, 1941. From the Hawaiian Monarch Resort, take H-1 towards Honolulu to visit the museum and memorial. Hawaiian Monarch condos are also ideally located for the impressive nightlife of Waikiki, with an array of restaurants and entertainment hotspots within walking distance. Ask the owner of your Waikiki rental for an expert opinion as to which places would suit you best.
