"Stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time in the condo. It is located conveniently to places where action is taking place around the beach. View from the top was excellent. Stuff that we need inside the condo are all in order and there are also stuff available to use outside the condo (beach toys and equipment as well as tennis rackets and basketball). Though I did not meet Marilyn personally as they were away on vacation also, we were in contact with each other and that she made sure all is okay when we arrived. This condo will be number 1 on our list when we come back in Waikiki."

"Great experience!! You can read the other reviews about the Wyndham and its excellent location and facilities. We were lucky that Chris upgraded us to a presidential suite on the 12th floor and it really excellent. I am a little nervous when booking through the internet, but Chris was responsive to my emails and very helpful. When I return next year, I will be emailing him."

"Just started our stay in this condo and I couldn't be happier. We knew the location would be great as we always stay in the area, and we knew the building was older because we stayed here once before. This room is at the back of the building, and although there is no view it's quiet and the tree right outside blocks some of the other buildings. The suite has a murphy bed that is very comfortable, and the living area is roomy enough that we just leave it down. The remodeling looks to be recent, and the place was scruplulously clean. Towels, beach towels, extra blanket and beach chairs and boogie boards are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge is large enough for a weeks worth of groceries plus there is a full size freezer. Lots of storage in the wall unit and there is a small wardrobe. Nowhere to hang full length dresses but that's a minor inonvenience. Also provided are an iron, hair dryer and all cleaning supplies. The last condo we stayed in had none of those. Barbara arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and made sure we had everything we needed - even bringing toilet paper in case none had been left. Barbara responded quickly to emails while booking and made everything easy. Grocery shopping within walking distance as are all the restaurants and attractions of Waikiki. The beach is literally across the street from this building. We could not hear any noise from the bar on the second floor. I highly recommend this host and unit."

"This is a very nice condo. Much nicer than our relatives who paid more than us! The separation wall made it different from some others we had seen and it was nice to have a bedroom and livingroom. Everything else in this review is just some information, not necessarily a complaint. There is no dishwasher or oven. Not a big deal, it's just something I didn't realize until I went to use them. The hotel restaurant Cinnamons has last call at 8:30 PM and closes at 9:00 PM!!! We were not happy about that as we would arrive back later and have to go out again for food. The pool is not the nicest. We (unknowingly) went next to the next door hotel pool and were promptly kicked out. Lol. We did a lot of sightseeing and beaches so the pool wasn't that important to us. Hot Tip: when coming and going, walk past the elevators to the left and go into the trash area. There are service elevators there. You can usually go straight up and down and save tons of time not stopping at multiple floors. I wish someone had told me that at the beginning of our trip. Tip #2: park beside Red Lobster in the garage. It's only $20 per day instead of $28 per day and a 2 min walk. Faster than valet can get your car for you. Tip #3: eat at the Yard House. Or the Chart house. Both are excellent! Tip #4: hit Walmart on day one. It's only a couple blocks away. We bought milk, cereal, fruit, water, etc and saved tons on not eating out twice/three times a day. Tip #5: if you can swing it go to the Big Island or Maui for a day or two. Oahu is nice but very commercialized. Next trip we are planning on going to those islands. Tip #6: Stay away from Chiefs Luau!! I mean this one. The food was awful! My bf got sick from it and I had to eat at the Chart house after because I wouldn't eat there. The pork is the only decent food item. Try the Polynesian center or some other luau. Overall our experience with the condo was great! I received my deposit back almost immediately. Definitely would recommend this condo to others!"
