  • Great Place to Stay!

"We visited Waikiki for our Honeymoon Oct 21-Oct29th 2014 and stayed in this wonderful unit. When we arrived the unit was spotless and exactly as it looks in the photos on the VRBO site. The view from the lanai is really beautiful and took our breath away when we first opened the door. It is amazing to be so high up and have such a panoramic view. The owners also left us a little honeymoon gift, they go the extra mile for their guests. The amenities were great...full kitchen, with everything we needed (even though we didn't do much cooking) had we wanted to we would have had all the items needed (toaster, pots, pans utensils, nice plates and glasses etc). The furniture in the room is exquisite. The bed is very comfortable as well, we enjoyed a great nights rest at the end of every day.  The bathroom was well supplied with towels and toiletries. We used the fitness room which is well equipped and the pool which is nice and clean. The location is perfect in Waikiki. It took us about 7-10 minutes to get from the unit to the sand. It's a beautiful walk through Fort De Russy park. If we wanted to head into the "busier" area of Waikiki it was just a couple more minutes on foot.  We had a rental car, we parked in the Wyndham a couple times (30$) and we also used the meter spots on the street and the public parking lot up the road. The staff at the Wyndham was excellent as well. They were polite and courteous.  I can't wait to get back to Oahu for another visit and I would most definitely return to this unit. Dealing with the owners was a great experience. They answer emails quickly, give helpful tips for your stay and are all around really pleasant to deal with. Don't debate which unit to rent...this is the one to pick if you're coming to Waikiki!"

  • Location! Location!

"Stayed a week with a couple young kids and worked out great! All the basics provided... toaster, utensils , dishes coffee maker, fridge etc. 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach and lots of restaurants in the area. Groceries close by at the Food Pantry and of course ABC Store. Bus stop just steps away for a quick get away to Ala Moana Mall."

  • Surfing Safari Honeymoon

"The Pineapple Condo was all that we could wanted and needed. It was like staying at a good friends home. Many extra amenities that you need to hang out at the beach, like beach chairs, towels and even a rain poncho which I used. There was simple necessities, like coffee, tea, sugar, mayo so that we didn't have to run to the store when we got there. One of the best things about the Pineapple condo is that it's a corner unit so you get views in a lots of directions. We could look out the kitchen window and see if the surf was up at Queens. This also allowed for good air flow. I also love the decor which was calming and comfortable. There's good shopping on the same block even though I went all around Waikiki I found most of the things right in this neighborhood. The Starbucks is a few blocks away and the next one is about 10 blocks away. The Pineapple is also just a few blocks away from the popular surf spots. We loved our stay and would definitely stay at the Pineapple again."

  • Great Location

"This is my 3rd visit to this excellent hotel/condo. I like it for it's convenience to everything. It is close to beach, shopping, and eating. I like "Eggs & Things" for breakfast, takeout or dine in. You can see the Zoo from the lanai. Arrangements are easy to make and you have "Charles" to greet you and show you where things are in the hotel. Highly recommended!"
