"well kept unit with the best of Aloha. Special thanks to Kristen"s mother for keeping the place so clean and welcoming. The kitchen and apartment are well appointed and the views are out of this world."

"This is a very nice condo. Much nicer than our relatives who paid more than us! The separation wall made it different from some others we had seen and it was nice to have a bedroom and livingroom. Everything else in this review is just some information, not necessarily a complaint. There is no dishwasher or oven. Not a big deal, it's just something I didn't realize until I went to use them. The hotel restaurant Cinnamons has last call at 8:30 PM and closes at 9:00 PM!!! We were not happy about that as we would arrive back later and have to go out again for food. The pool is not the nicest. We (unknowingly) went next to the next door hotel pool and were promptly kicked out. Lol. We did a lot of sightseeing and beaches so the pool wasn't that important to us. Hot Tip: when coming and going, walk past the elevators to the left and go into the trash area. There are service elevators there. You can usually go straight up and down and save tons of time not stopping at multiple floors. I wish someone had told me that at the beginning of our trip. Tip #2: park beside Red Lobster in the garage. It's only $20 per day instead of $28 per day and a 2 min walk. Faster than valet can get your car for you. Tip #3: eat at the Yard House. Or the Chart house. Both are excellent! Tip #4: hit Walmart on day one. It's only a couple blocks away. We bought milk, cereal, fruit, water, etc and saved tons on not eating out twice/three times a day. Tip #5: if you can swing it go to the Big Island or Maui for a day or two. Oahu is nice but very commercialized. Next trip we are planning on going to those islands. Tip #6: Stay away from Chiefs Luau!! I mean this one. The food was awful! My bf got sick from it and I had to eat at the Chart house after because I wouldn't eat there. The pork is the only decent food item. Try the Polynesian center or some other luau. Overall our experience with the condo was great! I received my deposit back almost immediately. Definitely would recommend this condo to others!"

If you looking for a nice cozy condo across from the beach, then I highly recommend this place!
"Me and my wife have stayed on the Waikiki strip a dozen times in the last 10 years. We recently have been paying to stay in rental units. This one is across from the beach, and a beautiful lagoon, it also has a hotel pool, for guest. The apartment is a studio, which was perfect for us and our baby. Big enough, cozy bed. And they also nice couch which folds out into a nice bed. I'd stay up late and watch tv, and lounge on this, while the wife and baby would be snoozing , I'd be chilling out. Another benefit is having a kitchen which was stocked with all our cooking needs. A nice balcony that was over looking the boat harbor, and 16 floors up. Anyway I would recommend this place, it's not a five star penthouse, but it's nice, clean, cozy, and we enjoyed staying here. And when we return to Hawaii well try book here again! Thanks from Robert, and Tami in Alaska😀"

"The Unit at Royal Garden was a home away from home! Everything we needed for cooking and storage, including the gladwrap and pepper/salt. We used the deck chairs that were conveniently strapped to a little trolley to take to the beach. Everything within walking distance. The free Gym and Laundry was used a lot. Alfred and Hildegarde provided lots of really helpful information about where to eat, how to organise a trip around the island and many other insider tips. They also put on amazing warm weather for our two week stay!!"
