  • Waikiki Getaway!

"Great suite with lanais facing the east (morning sun) and west (afternoon sun). Added attraction of a great viewing area for the fireworks from the Hilton on Friday night. The Royal Garden is first class in all aspects and the staff bring a feeling of Aloha to work everyday. Any little glitches were dealt with by staff or Hazel. Spacious, clean and comfortable suite will make your trip to Waikiki one to remember."

  • Home away from home

"I have been renting from this landlord in this building for over 12 years. This is my favourite apartment in the building. Brand new wood floors on this visit made cleaning up the sand from beach trips really easy. The view out the huge windows include palm trees and the occasional bird on the railing. The building itself is very quiet but it is in the heart of Waikiki so open windows give street noise. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes along a bustling and interesting street that is very pedestrian friendly. The bus stops are half a block away giving you easy access to everything from Hanauma Bay, the Ala Moana Center, or the University of Hawaii."

  • Private Gem

"This property it lovely spacius and comes extremely well equipped. As a family we enjoyed the private yard and pool with a great outdoor space. The bedrooms were situated in the that they provided seperation from the main area where we would gather. The pool table/conversion ito pingpong gave all of us extra enjoyment for the evenings. The sound system within the home and on the Lanai was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking in the up to date kitchen which included double sinks- double diswashers- double fridge units- double wine coolers, there was room for everything. What a beautiful home in a amazing area just a short drive from Waikiki, where you are within walking distance of the Kahala Resort. a great place to enjoy brunch on the beach, wine in any one of the areas of this resort or just the dolpins swimming in their sanctuary. Its a lovely night out. You are across the street from a Park that leads to the Beach. What more could one ask for!"
