  • Great accommodation, great location, excellent vacation!

"We spent a week at the Ko'Olina Beach Club apartments just prior to this past Christmas. It was our second vacation here and both visits have been outstanding. The apartments, grounds, pools and beachfront are always immaculate and the views from our balcony were fantastic. It even provided us with the opportunity to take in a little whale watching! The lagoons are a great place to relax and are a great spot for young and novice snorkelers to explore some of the local fish and see some green sea turtles up close. The apartments are also close to Roy's in the Ko' Olina Golf Club for an excellent meal and also the Monkey Pod bar and restaurant is worth checking out. The tough thing about the Ko'Olina Beach Club is having to leave at the end of the vacation. We'll hopefully be back again!"

  • never to book through Expedia

"We are from Canada and booked this place for ten days through Expedia and was charged 6000 dollars in total for this stay. Almost doubling the cost of direct booking. What's worse, Expedia does not give us the requisite contact information of this place nor give them our contact information, which made us miss this place after a later flight and caused the child scared and ill. I was so furious and upset about this kind of third party agencies and decide that I will only use their websites to search but never book through them. And many thanks to Manager Blayhe of personal concierge."

  • Peace and quiet, loved the ocean view

"We were looking for a quiet getaway and didnt want to stay in Waikiki. This was it. Loved the ocean and how secluded the beach was. We were a bit concerned about having no AC however the ceiling fans did work. It was abnormally humid for this time of year so AC would have been nice, we managed fine. Shelley left a welcome package for us and that was very nice. Thankyou. We ate at the local restaurants and shopped at Costco for items needed. The condo was safe and secure without any issues. One thing we noticed is that there are alot of pitbulls in the neighborhood. Almost every house has one. We walked the neighborhoods to go get a bit of exercise. After seeing all the Beware of Dog signs, we decided against this as we dont trust these dogs. Overall we are very happy with the condo and the stay was great. Mahalo Frank & Shelley"

  • beautiful view

"The apartment lays on a unique location, overviewing 180 degrees of the coast. It stays almost on the sea, making the sound of the waves the soundtrack of your vacation. It is very well equipped and makes you feel like at home, because the owner provides more than what you usually can find in a rental home. Unfortunately, the apartment is old and needs improvements, especially in the bathroom which is very old. We found a water leakage in the bath which the owner said they discovered right before our arrival and that would have be fixed right after our departure. The doors too are very old. The elevator was out of order for maintenance, and the works delayed many weeks respect to the original schedule. The results was elevator unusable for a long period. In our week we found technicians working only for few hours. But that is responsibility of property management, not the apartment owner. Last notice, very often previous guests leave foods in the fridge which owners do not remove, probably thinking that would be appreciated by entering guests. We have taken that as a courtesy, but in our opinion the fridge should be better empty and cleaned for entering guests, since not all persons have same tastes."
