  • Peace and quiet, loved the ocean view

"We were looking for a quiet getaway and didnt want to stay in Waikiki. This was it. Loved the ocean and how secluded the beach was. We were a bit concerned about having no AC however the ceiling fans did work. It was abnormally humid for this time of year so AC would have been nice, we managed fine. Shelley left a welcome package for us and that was very nice. Thankyou. We ate at the local restaurants and shopped at Costco for items needed. The condo was safe and secure without any issues. One thing we noticed is that there are alot of pitbulls in the neighborhood. Almost every house has one. We walked the neighborhoods to go get a bit of exercise. After seeing all the Beware of Dog signs, we decided against this as we dont trust these dogs. Overall we are very happy with the condo and the stay was great. Mahalo Frank & Shelley"

  • A very nice place

"I was looking for a three bedroom to share with a diverse group of ages, ranging from 10 to 83, as my brother was retiring from the Navy at Pearl Harbor, and a group of us traveled to meet up to celebrate. The house was as nice as the pictures - very clean, very well taken care of - the beach is a short walk away, and was quiet each time we went, with beautiful views and gentle waves - the house was large enough that we all had our own space, and we made good use of the kitchen and the large porch. I'd only note that staying at Ewa Beach means you'll do plenty of driving - and dining options outside of fast food are few and far between - beyond that, the area is quiet and residential, there was a fine grocery a short drive away, and it worked perfectly for our particular needs."

  • Ko Olina Coconut Plantation

"My wife, two daughters (aged 10 and 8) and I truly enjoyed this beautiful two story, fully stocked town home. Talk about bang for your buck! Just pack a bathing suit and a toothbrush since everything you will need is in the town home. In our first day, we went to Costco which is about 4 miles away and loaded up on food for the month. We enjoyed many a meal in the comfort of the lanai ( with BBQ) or poolside at one of the 3 water areas on the property. Dozens of incredible beaches are within 10 miles and the North Shore is only 30 minutes. A month a KoOlina is truly a month in Paradise."

  • Great stay here in February 2014

"We had a wonderful month here in February 2014. This condo development is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and palms. The pool, hot tub and communal BBQ's are well used and well maintained. Our unit was a spacious 2nd floor one with a great view of the pool area and a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with a few minor issues we had which were taken care of right away. We regularly went for long walks in the area and we also made good use of the fantastic four man-made lagoons with protected sand beaches that are just a short walk away. There are also a great selection of restaurants nearby and also a short drive away in Kapolei. We made good use of the local Costco for food purchases. This is a perfect winter get away for those of use who must get through winters back home."
