  • Makaha Beach House

"My family and I spent a very lovely 7 days at the House in mid October, 2014. The group consisted of my two daughters, myself and wife. We had a great time, everything was as described. Debbie, the property manager was very helpful and on point with all her assistance. Although Makaha can be sketchy at night, I'm a retired Peace Offer from California and take safety and security very seriously, we had no issues and felt very safe. The neighborhood where the house is located is VERY NICE and secure. We absolutely loved the house, everything you need is there. You'll only need to buy groceries. There's a local store approx 3-4 miles from the house located on Farrington Hwy. One sunset at the house is worth the price of admission, you'll love it. Thanks Rebecca and Debbie for everything. Also note, I'd suggest going to buy groceries after you check into the house, because there are several items ie, condiments, spices, coffee ect that were already there."

  • Beautiful, quiet and relaxing.

"Thank you Sinclair for the opportunity for us to share your beautiful property. Thank you to Lia, the property's caretaker, for her amazing knowledge of her beautiful home. If you are looking for a quiet out of the hubbub property, this is the one for you. There were six adults, four sets of golf clubs, lots of luggage, but we had plenty of room. The lanai and backyard, which is ocean front, is the best part of the property. We spent most of our time there. The home is located on the west side of the island with one road in and one road out. Traffic can be bad, but the ocean view drive can not be beat. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to hang out after a day of sight seeing, this is the house for you."

  • Perfect!!!

"Damian, Thank you for making our stay in KoOlina, without a doubt , a great vacation. Your villa was just perfect for our family. From working with you on the phone and emails, Blaine greeting us at the villa and the people of KoOlina, we couldn't have asked for any better service. We loved the kitchen and the layout of the bedrooms. We made a trip to Costco and Safeway to stock up on groceries for the week. There was plenty of sitting room. We never felt cramped. It was great that our 3 families each had their own bathroom. The beach and pool are just a short walk away. The kids sure learned their way around very quickly. It was great that everything we needed for the beach and pool were right there in the closets. I didn't think we would need the washer and dryer but I was wrong. It sure came in handy after a visit to the beach. It was so relaxing, walking on the beach and viewing the beautiful sunsets. This was my son-in-laws first visit and I think he wanted to do everything he could find to do. My son and his family live in KoOlina Kia so he pointed us in the right direction for activities. They swam with the sharks, took surfing lessons and snorkeled with the giant sea turtles. We also spent a day at Disney and their facilities. Needless to say he will be returning in the future. So again, thank you for a great place to relax and enjoy our time without any worries."
