  • Loved this condo!!!

"We absolutely loved this condo! Everything, the seating, the beds, the space were all so comfortable! And the view is incredible! The pocket doors that open up to the lanai let in the sweet smells of Hawaii. We spent so much time on the lanai looking at the beautiful ocean view & listening to the birds sing & the waterfalls below. But you didn't even have to go outside for a view every room except the bathrooms had an ocean view. When we went, there was a full moon & because of the time difference we were awake at 4:30 a.m. & got to watch the moon set over the ocean from the lanai, it was beautiful! The property is very well maintained. The koi ponds were peaceful & we enjoyed watching the fish. The pools & jacuzzi's are pristine. The staff on site were so friendly & gave us many tips on where to go. The man-made lagoons are beautiful! We went in the one in front of the condo and saw so many fish when we snorkeled! There is another lagoon by the Paradise Cove Luau & the snorkeling is great there! We didn't make it to Hanauma Bay to snorkel, which I hear is the best, but we went at Turtle Bay Resort & Sharks Cove but felt the snorkeling was best right by the condo. This condo is about 20 min. west of the airport, but found it an easy drive to the North Shore, Waikiki or the East Side. The only challenge we had was on an early Monday morning when we went to Pearl Harbor during morning rush, its slow going but we were aware & allowed extra time. Most everyone gave a friendly wave when they pulled in front of you & so we just enjoyed the aloha spirit. The fridge is empty when you get there, but Kapolei is the next exit when you head east & there's shopping for anything you might need. There are plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, silverware, pots & pans for your use at the condo. Everything we needed for cooking was there. If you're reading this review trying to decide where to stay, don't stay at Disney's Aulani, you can walk there anytime you want, but it's a zoo, it's so crowded, how can anyone relax there? And Waikiki is definitely beautiful, but the same thing, it's so crowded and busy! Just drive there, enjoy it & go back & relax in the condo. We highly recommend this condo to everyone & dream everyday of coming back here ourselves! I think everyone nearly cried when we left, seriously, we loved it so much! Thank you so much Susie for sharing your beautiful home with us! The process of renting this condo was smooth & uncomplicated."

  • The Real And Perfect Place

"It was not our first stay in this place and it will not be the last one undoubtedly. The perfect place for a family with kids or not, the beach is realy nice and extremely quiet so everyone can enjoying easily surfing or playing around the place without any trouble. You will also find a lot of hypermarkets like restaurants all around Ewa Beach area during your stay to make this home's choice the best mixed place in Honolulu honestly. In fact, you can be sure to find everything needed in and outside of this house to make your vacation a great memory. We can't finish our testimonial without mentioned the very great courtesy and hospitality of Darla and Laurie, the agency and the owner. They will take care on everything without any trouble during your stay. By my Professional work ( Air Crew Manager ), I travel a lot in the Asian and Pacific area since more than 25 years and I have rarely seen so much kidness. Again and again, one thousand thanks to Darla & Laurie. Best regards. Sabrina & Patrick."

  • Very nice. Quiet area. Everything we needed

"Very nice place to stay. We had 5 people in the 3 bedroom villa and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa was stocked with what we needed. I'm glad we stayed in Ko Olina - it was a nice, quiet area. When we went to Waikiki and Honolulu, it was very busy and crowded and that is not what we were looking for in our stay in Hawaii. We did have to drive to the lagoons but parking was always available so that was not a problem. It is also a nice area to walk in the morning. I would recommend this villa and the Ko Olina area if you are looking for a place to stay without all the crowds and traffic. We rented a car and did sight seeing every day and it was nice to come back to this villa at the end of the day. If you're planning on just staying in Ko Olina and the beaches there, you should consider renting a golf cart for your stay to get around the resort."

  • Thanksgiving on the beach!

"My husband and I wanted to take our daughters, sons-in-law and four grandchildren for a special trip on Oahu, primarily because we wanted to see Pearl Harbor. The house was perfect for our family, with 3 en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was wonderfully accommodating for both cooking and eating. We loved watching the kids play in the sandy backyard with a backdrop of gorgeous waves! With several outside tables, we enjoyed a memorable Thanksgiving feast in the backyard. It was a bit of a drive to Honolulu and Pearl Harbor but that gave us a chance to enjoy several other beaches along the way. The caretaker was wonderful and quickly answered questions we had. He even came over to take our family picture. We so enjoyed walking to the local beach and meeting the resident turtles. It was a perfect vacation. Make sure to visit Hanauma Bay for snorkeling. It was a about an hour drive and you must get there early, but after our long morning of snorkeling, we had dinner in Honolulu and watched the Christmas parade. It was a magical day and a vacation full of memories."
