"Three generations (grandparents, parents, teenagers) had the privilege of staying in this property and had a wonderful experience. The home had enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us, including separate sleeping space for the teenagers, which was important as they are male and female. Three bedrooms and the living room had televisions (so much to do, though, that we spent little time watching it). The kitchen came equipped with more than we have in our own home and opened up to the dining and living room areas. Absolutely everything you need, and more, is provided. The master bedroom has its own bath and seating area. Another full bath was down the hall. There were books, dvds and games galore - too many to mention - as well as informational material on the area. The lanai was so nice to sit on in the evening, listening to the ocean waves, after we prepared food in the bbq. Open the gate from the yard, and you are a mere few feet to the beach. All kinds of beach equipment is supplied, including snorkeling gear, boggie boards, beach shoes, beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers, just to name a few. This is the first time we have come back home without any dirty laundry as a washer and dryer are also on location. The house is located in a working class neighborhood and is very homey. While walking on the beach one day, one of the neighbors invited us to a gathering they were having and another gave us a mango from her tree. It is close to any type of shopping and dining that you may need. If going towards Honolulu, just try to plan to go during less busy hours or give yourself a little extra time. It was not a problem at all for us. Our only regret is that due to her having another obligation at the time, we did not get the opportunity to meet Laurie and thank her for the fruit and chocolates she left for us! We would definitely recommend the property to others, and, in fact, already have!"
