Only thing 95 cleaning fee should be refundable if place is left clean but still worth the price. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable."

"We were very impressed with Thuha's villa at the Ko Olina resort. It was very clean, and the location couldn't be better! It feels far away from the big city (and the busyness of Waikiki), but it's still close enough to grocery stores if you need to quickly run and get something for dinner. Our kids loved playing at the beach and swimming in the lagoons. They also loved the rock bottom pool, as it was shallow enough for them to walk around the whole thing. Unfortunately there are no water slides or fountains as we have experienced at other resorts, but our kids were very entertained with the beach toys and different pools to swim in. There's a sidewalk that runs along the beach in front of all 4 lagoons. It was a fantastic place to run in the morning. The condo was well equipped for cooking. There was even some cooking oil and spices (I'm guessing left from previous renters), as well as a rice cooker. The blender was broken when we arrived, but Louie was quick to replace it so that we could make smoothies for our kids. The only other thing I could think that needs replacing is the kitchen knives. They were all very dull. This resort is right next to the Disney Aulani resort. We ventured over there a few times, and went for the character breakfast one morning (worth the $$$ if you have young kids!). I noticed the beach at Aulani (lagoon 1) was way more crowded than the one at the Beach Villas (lagoon 2). I also liked the fact that our beach wasn't covered with lounge chairs. Just lots of room to play! I would definitely stay here again. The location can't be beat! Thuha and Louie's promptness in responding to questions or requests was also much appreciated."

"The villa was everything we hoped it would be, comfortable beds, modern kitchen with plenty of utensils for cooking. We had a couple of minor problems with airconditioning and dishwasher, but Vicky helped us get them back to working order right away. Great location, we were there to visit our son who lives in Honolulu and he came to visit most evenings. Very curtious staff. We got to see a Monk seal that swam into the lagoon. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hawaii."

"The Beach Villas are situated in a relaxing, beautiful area. The grounds are immaculate, the sunsets are gorgeous, and the walk along the path to the different lagoons is enjoyable. The condo was very spacious. Everything provided was of high quality. The view was more mountain than water, and faced the road, but it was very quiet. There were tons of beach toys and chairs, as well as a cooler, snorkels, and everything you need for the beach. The owner was excellent to deal with, and our greeter Blayne was very friendly and helpful. All the staff on hand were nice. Security is tight, you can only use the key card in the elevator to your floor. Not so good, if friends are staying on another floor. There are two pools here so it was easy to get a seat. Good temperature for a hot day. The beaches are amazing. Clear water and protected lagoons. We did a bit of snorkelling here, but if you drive a few minutes down the road to what is known as Electric Beach, there is some of the best snorkelling we have ever done. Lots of scuba tours go there too. It is best to rent a car if you are staying in Ko Olina. Costco and stores are close by. It was not the most exciting place for our teenager, no activities, no volleyball on the beach or at the pool and very low key, but I highly recommend this place for families with young children and couples."
