  • Great vacation in beautiful condo!

"We stayed for 9nts in this beautiful condo. It was a family vacation, 4 adults, 1 child and we had plenty of room. Condo is just as nice as the pictures. Great resort, nice lagoons. ABC store close by. The owner Stephen was easy to work with and also gave us a great price for our 9 nts. We would love to return next year."

  • Just Like Home......

"My sister and I come home every year with our elderly Mom to visit family and friends. We usually stay in the Waikiki area for ease of getting around, but because we had a Family Reunion this year at Nimitz Beach we decided to stay in Ko'olina. What a great decision that was! Blaine, the Greeter, was fantastic at check-in! He was helpful and cordial and displayed the Aloha Spirit we always look forward to when we come home. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed to make home cooked meals for our 2 week stay. (Just need a big pot for Dungeoness Crab)! The kitchen and its' appliances were top notch. The washer/dryer is always a plus. The master bath shower was great for my Mom to get in and out easily. The proximity to Kapolei was great to go to Costco, Target, and Walmart to stock up for the 2 weeks. If you like sushi, Genki Sushi is fun! If you forget anything, Ko'olina Station is close by with an ABC General Store and a few restaurants, not to mention Roy's (Roy Yamaguchi) on the golf course. But we had to go to Waikiki to get our favorite pork chops at Side Streets! (They have private parking). The pools on the property are a little shallow for adults, unless you're doing laps in the lap pool. But the beach lagoon was incredible! The pool bar was great too. We're already planning our 2015 trip and will most likely stay here again. Mike was fantastic to work with. The process to reserve the condo was seamless."

  • A wonderful time was had by all!

"The previous reviews are true – this is a fabulous place! From dealing with Susie to actually staying in the condo, everything was first rate. The pictures are true to form, everything was as pictured. The furnishings are high-end and everything was in good shape and worked properly. We did have trouble with the dryer, but we called the cell number of the guy who checked us in and he had maintenance come up and it worked fine after that. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The workers are friendly and do an excellent job of keeping up the property. Our visit was at the beginning of September and we had the pool all to ourselves much of the time. Even when there were others around, this was the first place I have ever stayed where I didn’t have to run out in the morning to ‘save’ a lounge chair, there were plenty of chairs to go around. The pool furniture was very nice and in good shape. I loved the lounge chairs that were in the water – very refreshing! Susie had the condo stocked and ready to go. There was ample toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels as well as basic pantry items (spices, some non-refrigerated condiments, etc). We were happy to find the blender as Pina Coladas were definitely on the agenda! There were 3 boogie boards and a couple sets of snorkel equipment as well as beach chairs, a large cooler bag and lots of pool towels. One of the reasons we chose this unit was the availability of the equipment, but in the end we didn’t even use it. We found ourselves just enjoying the pool and beach area and didn’t look for a beach to boogie board or snorkel. Susie had warned us that there would be construction in the adjacent vacant lot as they build a stage for an upcoming concert. Indeed, there was construction, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it was kind of fun to watch it take shape – I can’t believe how big that stage is! We had considered staying on the North Shore at Turtle Bay but I am glad we changed to Ko Olina. The area has lots of good, affordable restaurants and the beach/lagoon out fr"

  • Christmas in Hawaii

"I just want to say that this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. We strongly recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Oahu but wanting to stay away from the downtown big city of Honolulu. It was a bit of a drive but quite nice to be able to enjoy all of Honolulu, Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach & other parts of the island, and then come "home" to a comfy relaxing space. We especially loved that we were right on the ocean - able to hear the ocean waves as we fell asleep at night. With a family of 2 older teen children (ages 16 &18) it was wonderful having the 3 rooms - and plenty of space on the Lanai to enjoy the sunshine & ocean breezes. Not being in a small condo or hotel room was perfect for our family. The next door neighbors who were there to let us in and give us a tour of the place were so friendly. Really gave us some great information of beaches and places to go. Overall - if we return to Oahu - we will most certainly be asking to rent this house again. Wonderful stay! Thank you so much!"
