"We just returned home from our stay at Dyan's place. Just as the reviews said, the condo was immaculate and easy to maintain. The kitchen was a delight. It had everything you need including a good cork screw for wine. We loved going to sleep each night with the sound of the waves. There is absolutely no reason a person wouldn't feel safe here. One needs a fob key for everything...getting in parking lot, getting in the Gate to grounds, getting on elevator. There is a full time security person and she actually is all over the premises. One evening I unlocked my door and left the key in the door. Less than 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door. It was Ms security letting me know what I had done. We loved the beach which is really a cove and pretty private. I'm afraid while we were there, there was more wind than normal. But I did go into water on a few occasions on the board. For you beachcombers, there is sea glass! My husband is ill and could not be sitting on the beach because it was difficult to get up so the balcony was wonderful for him. The sconce horn blowers who blew to the four winds every evening that the sun set were a treat to watch. My only beef is the traffic. It took me a few days to figure out I needed to reschedule our trips to the north shore, Honolulu or the windward side to after 10 am and return before 3 pm or stay and return after 6:30. The traffic is unreal. It can take up to 2 1/2 hours to go to the Honolulu area if you time it wrong. And there is also a thing called the "Pearl Jam". I believe this occurs on Wednesday from 2 pm and on. Pearl Harbor workers, military get off early that day. All in all, a wonderful relaxing place to stay. I so appreciated Dyan's caring about our circumstances and making my husbands bucket list trip a memorable one."

"We've done alot of vrbos around Oahu. The location can not be beat! If you're looking for the hustle and bustle then this is not for you.... But if you want to relax, away from the crowds and watch the ocean, then this is the spot! The beaches on this side of the island are far more prettier and swimmable!"

"This was our first trip to Oahu and we could not have been more pleased with our decision to stay in Ko Olina at the Beach Villas. The condo was everything we hoped it would be and more! The view from the Lanai was absolutely amazing and made it hard to get moving everyday! Ron was a pleasure to deal with and was very prompt in answering emails. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back one day!"

"I stayed here with my family and 2 girls. It was such a beautiful and clean home. It was totally childproof for my 4yr old and 1.5 yr old. It was so nice to go shell picking, fishing and play on the lawn area. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing. My husband was able to dive out front for tako (octopus) and fish and we grilled our catches of the day right on the bbq for dinner. Rarely does the hotel/house make a vacation, but this house did. We will absolutely rent this again."
