  • Beyond Amazing

"If you are going to Maui, this condo is a must do! We go every year. We feel like it's our own personal vacation home! From the onset Dara is great to work with and very accomodating. The condo is truly beyond amazing. The pics can't even do it justice. There aren't words to describe the feeling of the indoor/outdoor living concept that is created with the huge sliders that open up and remove all barriers to the outside world. It's the most relaxing and rejuvinating place on earth. If you have a car then you can cruise the island easily. If you don't have a car then Lahaina is walking distance. I was just there for Xmas 2013 and I can't wait to go back!"

  • Perfect

"This place met all our expectations. From high end furnishings, to the spacious walk in shower. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beach is close enough to walk, grounds are well manicured and clean. Everything you need. Is close by (shopping). Lionel was extremely helpful and even sent us a free big island guide book before we arrived (quite helpful, thanks Lionel). All in all couldn't have asked for more for the the price."

  • Great Location, Great Unit

"The grounds were beautiful and the main pool was awesome as was the sitting area and cabanas around it. Two nice BBQs are located in the smaller pool area by the condo unit and only a few steps away from the back door. The condo is located a few blocks from Front St. where all the restaurants and shops are. It was very convenient and great to get out at night and just walk around and relax after a long day of site-seeing and beach-going. Six of us stayed at this condo for a week (4 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler) and were very comfortable. My only issue was not having an a/c unit in the second bedroom. It was stuffy and warm in there with the door closed. Other than that our stay was great. I loved the shower! There is a blow up mattress, which we utilized, that you can use instead of the sofa bed if needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. I loved that there were beach chairs available in the unit. It made our beach outings much more comfortable. There are also two umbrellas but with the wind they weren't sturdy enough to hold up. There was snorkel gear but there were no masks. This wasn't much of an issue for us since we had our own gear and the other half of our party went out and bought an $8 set that worked fine for our short stay. There was also a pail of beach toys for the little ones. Wifi is only in the main pool area and the front outdoor lobby. Parking was $20 or $21 but there were lots across from the property you can use for $12 a night vs the cost the property charges. There was plenty of parking available during our stay and we were always able to park near the condo we rented. Kristi was very nice and answered all questions I had previous to our stay."

Visitors to Hawaii Condos

Hawaii has a reputation for being a honeymoon destination. Indeed the beautiful sandy beaches, flowing palm trees and warm tropical weather provide the perfect romantic ambience. There are many resorts that offer special honeymoon packages. But even if you are not on honeymoon, Hawaii is a great destination for a romantic getaway. Perhaps it's the friendliness of the locals or the cheerful atmosphere that generally surrounds the islands that makes it a great vacation destination. For those without romantic interests, Hawaii offers visitors excellent beaches and surfing. It is home to many big surfing competitions but even as a novice, you can still enjoy the waves. On the more developed islands of Hawaii, Maui and Kauai, there are vibrant nightlife and loads of entertainment. This is great for people who want to have a fun-filled vacation. Hawaii also has some stunning natural areas. People who enjoy hiking, birdwatching and exploring nature can find many activities to keep them busy on their vacations.

Getting to Hawaii

The major airport in Hawaii is located on the island of Oahu and known as Honolulu International Airport. Most visitors to Hawaii will fly into Honolulu. The airport has frequent commercial flight connections with most major cities in the U.S. and Canada as well as Far East cities such as Tokyo. From Honolulu, you can get domestic flights or ferries across to the other islands. The distances are not far and these flights generally are in smaller commercial aircraft. Getting from Honolulu to the other islands generally takes between 20 and 45 minutes by air. For travelers from the United States, there are also direct commercial flights to the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii's Big Island. Once on the islands, it is quite easy to get around. Buses and taxis provide public transportation in the major resort areas. Car rental is also available and a great option if you want to explore the islands independently.
