"My family and I (4 adults and 2 children) rented this home the first week in May. We were coming up for my graduation from Gonzaga, and were looking for something that wasn't a hotel room, but a place we could relax. This was the place, Dan, the owner, was awesome to work with. We had initially inquired about one of this other properties, and just about 10 days before our stay, there was an issue with the place we had booked, and he was able to make arrangements with us to get us into this incredible home. I would hope that everyone who uses VRBO has the chance to work with Dan, his home had so many quaint, homey things, and the neighborhood is awesome. Very quiet, the homes in the neighborhood have such charm, and the lake and a great park were within walking distance. I can't wait for the opportunity to come back and stay in this home again. Next time, I hope to take advantage of the kitchen in this home, and spend more quality time in Couer D'Alene, the city has so much to offer, and there just wasn't enough time to see it all."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We have 3 boys and they were super excited to get out back and kick a soccer ball and toss the football. Once we got to this house they didn't want to leave. We were a bit worried about the travel from Rawhide to the GTNP but were pleased with the distance and a traveling the Teton Pass was part of the excitement."

"Thanks to Sheila and Rich for helping make our family weekend so enjoyable. We met our 5 year old granddaughter and her folks, of course, from Oregon in CDA to get some wonderful grandparent time. We had everything at the condo we needed...very well supplied and most comfortable for all ages. The condo allowed us to relax, play, swim and create many family memories until we can be together again. We definately would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back soon...Thanks again for sharing your place with us and being so quick to respond to our questions!

"First of all I would like to say that Susan, the homeowner was a pleasure to work with. I ran into a few snafu's with billing but Susan worked with me. The drive up there was beautiful driving along the Payette River. And then arriving to the lodge, it looked just like the pictures online. The view of the lake and surrounding area was just picturesque and the lodge was walking distance to the lake. The lodge was well stocked with practically everything you needed. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with lots of beds and the 2 bathrooms were roomy. We all loved the large kitchen and the round table with the lazy susan. We made good use of the 2 living room spaces allowing all of us space without feeling on top of each other. The outside had a nice area with a view of the lake to do s'mores. We did have to put up with mosquitoes, but the lodge had citronella candles which helped. Although we did use the deck for some bird watching and grilling, we did not spend much time out there as there was a people limit and rightfully so because maybe it could use a little more reinforcement and updating to match the rest of the lodge. It had a different view yet still a nice peaceful one. The lodge was just the right size for the 9 of us. All in all we had a great time up there especially at Kelly Whitewater Park and fishing. If we lived in Idaho (we were from CA visiting family) we definitely would go back. Thank you."
