  • Delightful Accomodations

"We were a party of 10 ranging in age from 5 to 67...there was something for everyone. We had plenty of space and every need was met. The photos accurately reflected the property as we found it except there is no longer a baby grand piano. The Fort Grounds is a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood and the beach, park, resort and downtown area is well within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property as a vacation stay with the exception of anyone who is not mobile...there are stairs to get to everything. We appreciate that this wonderful home was available for our vacation."

  • Spectacular Place

"The view and house are both lovely. Our group enjoyed themselves thoroughly and completely. There was plenty of room to stretch out and immaculate and comfortable rooms for a large number of guests."

  • Wonderful Location & Property -Walk or bike to Main St Ketchum!

"We (family of 4 -2 kids age 9 &7 & 2 adults mid 40s) can't say enough about this house -It was more than enough space for us - could have handled 8 - 4 kids & 4 adults easily. It had a contemporary mountain/modern feel w/out going over the top - this house was perfectly located for a weekend escape to all Sun Valley & Ketchum have to offer (town access for Java on 4th & mountain trails access) without hearing any traffic noise. To start, the fall colors of the aspen lined driveway lead you up to a spacious garage filled with weekend toys (tennis rackets/cruiser bikes). We brought our own mtn bikes, but tennis courts were just at the end of the street! There is a tree-sheltered porch off the kitchen overlooking the property that was repeatedly used for morning coffee & cocktail hour. The bedroom/bathroom accommodations were pristine. For kids: the bunk room could sleep 4 kiddos (but 2 kids each having top bunk dibs was even more of a plus! with bathroom adjacent. We stayed in the master bedroom downstairs -very quiet & with private door access to the hot tub it was a dream! Living room was restorative with big chairs & a cozy couch to collapse in after a day hiking Chocolate Gulch & biking home from Main St Restaurants! LR has gas fired option to make that perfect fire (with wood) if you're not the most skilled in pyrotechnics. Nice sound system too. Highly recommend, we would stay here again. Owners very easy to work with & were attentive."

  • Nice Place. Great Location

"The house is in a great location right near Shore Lodge. Easy access to skiing at Brundage. and in to town. The decor is a bit dated with mostly stuff from the seventies. But there are plenty of beds that are comfortable and room for many people. The big living room and dining area adjacent to the kitchen are nice. Also very nice fireplace with plenty of wood. The kitchen is very well stocked. The stove and oven are problematic. It takes forever to heat the burners and we couldn't even figure out the oven. They have a plethora of cooking pots, etc. We'd suggest updating the televisions. It's time for a few flat screens that can take something like a Chromecast. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a nice place. We'd recommend it to friends."
