  • 3rd year visiting this wonderful property!

"This is our 3rd year visiting this property. Our family has travelled along with 3 other families all the way from Alberta with our boat for 3 years running and we plan on coming back again next year. This spacious house allows for our 4 families (16 people) to sleep comfortably, with ample bathrooms to accommodate our group. We bring our boat which is always able to be safely docked right in front of the property attached to the dock that is always out waiting for us. The house is always clean when we arrive. The yard is well maintained with a firepit that we use every night. The lake is amazing! It is warm and clean and there is never too much boat traffic. We also take down a paddle board, floating island and floating trampoline to anchor in the water for the week. It is always a great time and I would recommend it to anyone."

  • Wedding Weekend

"We rented the house for a wedding weekend and it held our family of four married couples and three little grandsons just perfectly. We enjoyed the big farmhouse kitchen, the huge back yard with picnic tables, fire pit, and plenty of chairs, the garage for storing our bikes, and the remodeled basement bathroom. The house was well equipped and very comfortable, plus convenient to Pilgrim's Market. We all enjoyed it very much and would definitely rent it again!"

  • Amazing getaway

"Wow! We can not say enough about our stay in this studio. It is truly not your average studio. It is extremely spacious, well laid out, and very tastefully decorated throughout, not a single detail was overlooked. The views and scenery are stunning. Sunsets over Lake CdA are amazing to watch from the deck. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to decompress for a few days with your loved one. We really needed some time away to reconnect and we found it. Bike/walking trails are just a short drive away and they go for miles, or just stay at the studio and sit out on the patio and read and enjoy the views. There really is no reason to go anywhere if you don't want to. The kitchen is simple, but has everything you'll need to prepare meals for two, including a bbq right outside your door. The bathroom is huge and wonderful. Double sinks, large shower with amazing water pressure, huge soaking tub, the works! There is a television, with all the channels you will ever need and more, but really, don't use it. Take the time to be still, enjoy the view and talk with your spouse. Additionally, we can't say enough about Lois. She couldn't be a more gracious hostess and her dog Sophia is adorable. Our happiness and enjoyment of our time away was her first priority. She is a pleasure to visit with and gives great massages as well. I know lots of people say they will be back, and then never are, but really, we are already working on dates for a return retreat because it was just that wonderful. You absolutely can't go wrong with your decision to stay here."
