  • Great Location- Beautiful Home!

"Our family had an amazing time in Coer d'Alene. Great location on the lake with boating and calm waters for waterskiing fun. Beautiful private beach a few hundred yards from the house and quiet surroundings. Exactly what we needed. The house is beautiful, well kept, had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!"

  • Well-stocked, cozy rental in an ideal location

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this clean, modern, well-stocked condo in Riverstone Village! You have your own parking space in the underground garage and a key fob is provided for using the lobby entrance from street level. The bathroom has plenty of towels, TP, and a hair dryer. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and other cooking necessities. There are lawn chairs and coolers to use for picnicking or going down to listen to live music in the park. DVDs, puzzles, and board games provide things for you to do while you're in the condo. There's plenty to do right outside the condo as well: there are restaurants, shops, and a movie theater just downstairs, as well as a few coffee shops and an art studio where you can paint canvases or pottery. Check out the street fair every Thursday night during the summer. Walk across the street and catch the Centennial Trail, which you can walk or ride on along the river to downtown and then along the lake. It's about a 45 min walk to downtown or a 5 min drive, where you can check out the shops or take advantage of the beautiful lake. While it was a more expensive than we had intended to spend, it was much nicer and better equipped than the cheaper condo we stayed at in another building in Riverstone Village. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our 3-week stay there."

  • Great Location

"Great location on Spokane River. We brought our ski boat. Craig helped us dock it on his private dock. We were able to boat all around the river and Lake Coeur D'Alene. Craig and his wife made us feel welcome calling every morning with suggestions of things to do. Very comfortable apartment in shared house."

  • Private and Quiet

"My husband and I, along with our 7 month old, stayed here for 4 days. Our stay was very enjoyable. The rental was very clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a great stay (felt like a home away from home). Love that we had a great view of the lake and a walking/biking/running trail out the front door!"
