  • Great Vacation Rental

"This house worked out perfect for our needs. We had two families with small children (4 between us) and this was the perfect spot. The house has everything you need, including equipment for the lake and beach towels. It really is within walking distance of Down town CDA and Memorial Park and beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. Beware however, this house doesn't have a dishwasher, you will do all dishes by hand. Or do what we did and use lots of paper plates! The only drawback we found is the bed in the larger upstairs bedroom is a bit soft and sags in the middle, not comfortable for two adults. We ended up moving the kids there. And, it would be fun if there were a fire pit in the back yard for making s'mores, roasting hot dogs etc."

  • 3rd year visiting this wonderful property!

"This is our 3rd year visiting this property. Our family has travelled along with 3 other families all the way from Alberta with our boat for 3 years running and we plan on coming back again next year. This spacious house allows for our 4 families (16 people) to sleep comfortably, with ample bathrooms to accommodate our group. We bring our boat which is always able to be safely docked right in front of the property attached to the dock that is always out waiting for us. The house is always clean when we arrive. The yard is well maintained with a firepit that we use every night. The lake is amazing! It is warm and clean and there is never too much boat traffic. We also take down a paddle board, floating island and floating trampoline to anchor in the water for the week. It is always a great time and I would recommend it to anyone."

  • Charming

"We walked in and fell in love with this charming home. It's so central and within walking distance to everything we needed. We would go down to the lake, then out for a nice dinner and come home to have a nice quiet fire with a glass of wine to end the night. There's so much to do in Coeur d'Alene! We would recommend Angelo's and The Cellar for dinner. If you have younger kids, Tito's is great as they get to make their own pizza's. Hayley was a pleasure to deal with, and we will certainly recommend this home to others."
