  • It doesn't get any better!

"My wife and I spent seven nights in this wonderful "Hansel and Gretl" cottage. Congatulations to the owners for remodeling a nice little place into our favorite vacation home EVER! They have thought of everything that guests would need so all the five star reviews are well deserved. We look forward to our next visit and spending our evenings out on that quiet and comfortable porch."

  • We had a great time

"The town is lovely! The house is comfortable and spacious. Truely enjoyed our stay! The fire pit in the backyard was our favorite! Beds are comfy and kitchen was a dream! Our hosts were perfect! There when we needed something but gave us our privacy. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"

  • Great Vacation Rental

"This property certainly lives up to the praise it has received in previous reviews. The walls facing the Spokane River are mostly floor-to-ceiling glass, so we could easily enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the wooded ridge on the opposite bank. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the large balcony. The property was very clean and well appointed. We think that dimmer switches for the lights in the kitchen and dining room would be a nice upgrade, but that is a minor point. Overall, we were delighted with the property. Great location and very comfortable. We had a rental car, and had no problem navigating to downtown Coeur d'Alene to enjoy the lake and the downtown amenities. The property has quick access to I-90, so it was an easy trip to the Spokane airport and to the wineries in the surrounding area. Also, the property owners, Julie and Roger, were courteous and prompt. They refunded our security deposit very quickly. We highly recommend this property."
