  • Graduation Weekend

"We enjoyed this Bennett Bay home for Gonzaga's graduation weekend. The property is beautiful, and there are outstanding lake views throughout the home. The home is perfect for a larger family or group. Bennett Bay was an easy, short drive to town."

  • Great Home

"My husband and I took our two teenage children to Coeur D'Alene for a week long vacation. We rented this home and it was perfect for our family. The house is very pretty and the pictures just do not do it justice. There was a bedroom for each kiddo and their own bathroom/living space with a walk-out basement door. The upstairs is very open and roomy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all week. The best part of the house was the new deck in the back yard. We sat out there every morning drinking coffee and looking at the lake. There were often deer roaming the back yard area. Each night we would lay on the chairs to look at the stars. The drive into town only took about 15 minutes. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived and were very helpful in showing us around the place. It was a three - five minute walk down to the water, where our children swam off of the boat docks each night. There is no beach right there, but the drive to the public beach was not bad. The only downside to choosing this home was the lack of wi-fi service. Being T-Mobile customers, we had zero service outside of the city. Not only did we have a hard time planning things to do while at the house, we had no phone service for the week, which was a bit of a concern. Other than that one thing, the week was perfect and the house was awesome!!"

  • Home Away from Home

"We hoped for a quiet place to shut down and we found it. Very quiet and the deck that looked out onto the lake was utilized each morning for sun and coffee. Wow! The fire pit is amazing as is the entire property. There is ample seating inside and out. The home is equipped with personal necessities in case you forgot something. The kitchen is equipped with more appliances than you can use and has extra refrigerator in the garage. We felt at home here. The owners went our of their way to make sure their renters are comfortable. Thank you for a great time!"

  • Wonderful Reunion Site!

"The house is roomy, comfortable and has a spectacular view of the lake. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying not only the lake view but also the lovely yard and garden. We picked flowers of every color and made a delicious pie from the rhubarb. Walking to the marina was a daily outing and we had a pontoon boat delivered to us at the marina for a half day adventure on the lake. Renting bikes in Harrison and riding part of the Coeur d'Alene trail was spectacularly beautiful and not hard cycling. The path is very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the big dining table seated all of us as did table on the deck where we enjoyed evening meals. We picked a great place for our sister/niece reunion!"
