Recent Coeur d'Alene Lake property reviews

  • Beautiful Coeur D'Alene

"We stayed in this house for eight days in August. It is very spacious and could easily fit one more family (we are family of five). It was very clean and very well equipped. We will recommend it to all of our friends and family. Thank you Don for sharing your beautiful house with us."

  • A delightful week at the cabin

"We had a wonderful time at your cabin, Helen. We spent 8 days. We swam off the community dock, bathed in the sun, walked the neighborhood loop every day, met your friendly neighbors. We also went to Silverwood and loved the wave pool, biked at Harrison and spent two days walking in Coeur d'Alene. We also spent many hours just sitting on the deck enjoying the birds and view of the lake. The cabin is very spacious, warm with lots of beautiful woodwork, clean, and everything one could possibly need in a cabin. Helen, thank you for the fruit bowl, welcome card and hospitality. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time."

  • Quiet & Comfortable

"Late summer, early September is a gorgeous time to be in Coeur d'Alene - quieter and less touristy, but still hot enough for swimming and boating. The Log House is exactly as it appears in the photos. It's a real log cabin, very well built, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lots of little amenities included. The porch is a lovely place for morning coffee and reading. The upstairs level has one double bed and two twin beds, divided by two dividers, with a pull-out couch on the main level. The wood stove kept the place warm on the one or two chilly nights. The cabin is not right on the water, but has easy access to the public dock at Turner Bay, which is where I met some of the locals on late afternoon swims on hot days. The kitchen has everything you would need, plus there's a charcoal grill, an outdoor picnic table, laundry facilities, and lots of wood available for the fire pit. Close drive to Harrison, for bike rentals and a day on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, to Mineral Ridge for hiking, side trips to Coeur d'Alene city beach, Silverwood Theme Park, and even the beautiful public beach at Sandpoint. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private, comfortable week-long getaway."

  • Lake Vacation

"We had a fantastic time during our stay at this cabin on Lake Coeur D'alene. Donna was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house is well set up and it was very nice to have a/c. Kids loved the water trampoline and jumping off the dock. Thanks Donna very much for sharing your home"
