Recent Coeur d'Alene Lake property reviews

  • Nice place to enjoy the lake

"I am normally leery of renting a place with so few photos and reviews, but this was a very nice condo in a great location. We were close enough to Coeur D'Alene (25 minutes) to enjoy the downtown, parks and shopping, but loved being in a more remote location. Lake access was easy for swimming and there was a marina right there to rent boat slips if you wanted to bring a boat or jet ski. (Note-no food in the area) The property management company is pretty worthless so if you have questions or need info, contact the owner. He was very helpful and responsive. We were traveling with our 6 year old and he had a great time. There were a number of families and kids around, but not too many :) I can't recommend the pool as it was very heavily chlorinated, but that was the only downside and with the lake right there, we wouldn't have used it anyway. We would come back again."

  • Excellent vacation choice!

"Our stay at the cottage on the shore was excellent. Right from booking to check out our needs were met perfectly. The pictures of this cabin do not do it justice. It is well situated, well maintained and stocked with plenty of extras. The owners were responsive and committed to meeting and anticipating our needs from answering emails promptly, providing us with area information to even greeting us with fresh muffins upon our arrival. I would recommend this property to anyone and plan on booking it again ourselves in the future. The stairs from parking level to cabin could be a challenge for some but we loaded and unloaded our belongings by boat and had no problem. Beautiful lake, beautiful cabin, excellent value!"

  • Awesome Get-away

"My husband and I wanted a get-away for our 40th anniversary & chose to go to the cabin (Thanks Laura) Because it was early May the weather was rainy off and on but we were able to get out and explore anyway. That's what rain gear is for. During our stay we went to Heyburn State Park for some hiking and biking, explored Spokane & Couer d'Alene and relaxed. The cabin is well appointed and felt like home."

  • Great Location!!

"We had lovely time at the Cottage on Lakeshore. Great location and property! Main floor very roomy. Awesome outdoor deck with functioning hot tub for evenings. Beautiful views from balcony and main living area. We were a group of 7 and the cottage accommodating us very easily while giving everyone their own space. Fully equipped kitchen. Fluffy white bath towels and beach towels were very convenient. Would recommend AC unit for the entire house as it upstairs gets very hot and there is only an AC unit in master and one out of the two bedrooms upstairs. All in all a great stay. We would recommend it and come back."
