  • CDA Condo

"The "LeCondo" was outstanding. the owners were very helpful and answered all our questions. We traveled with our 13 and 15 yr old grandsons and the condo was great, plenty of room for privacy and very well laid out. The condo is located above some businesses in a small upscale mall setting but we never heard anything form either businesses or other condo residents. We found some great shopping right below us and we used the new 14 theater not 200 yards away. Some great restaurants and this condo isn't clustered in the very condensed CDA Lake area that is very hectic. We went to Silverwood Theme and water park, 200 acres of great fun. Tickets at costco were a great price and the food at the park was very, very good and very affordable. Took a trip to Wallace and spent a great day there. Came home to the condo and went to the huge patio where we used the professional bar-b-Q and the fire pit to finish the day with great food and a nice fire. The park right next door had a fantastic free concert with two bands, one called "Second Opinion" that was comprised of all Medical Doctors. They were OUTSTANDING! They had wine and beer for sale at the park and everyone had a blast. The condo has underground safe parking and the owners had Trek Mountain bikes available for our use. They also had beach towels for Silverwood which we used on the second day. The first day we rented towels for $3.00 each that were paper thin and slightly larger than a hand towel. Took another trip to Schweitzer mountain and went zip lining and took the chair lift to top of the mountain where we saw some Crazies with mountain bikes take off and scream down the steep cliffs, surrounded by rocks and trees. This is a great place to stay, professionally decorated and had all the comforts of home. The area is quiet yet full of places to eat, shop and relax in and very close to freeway access and Hwy 95 that goes north to Silverwood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation in beautiful CDA."

  • Great Vacation Rental

"This property certainly lives up to the praise it has received in previous reviews. The walls facing the Spokane River are mostly floor-to-ceiling glass, so we could easily enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the wooded ridge on the opposite bank. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the large balcony. The property was very clean and well appointed. We think that dimmer switches for the lights in the kitchen and dining room would be a nice upgrade, but that is a minor point. Overall, we were delighted with the property. Great location and very comfortable. We had a rental car, and had no problem navigating to downtown Coeur d'Alene to enjoy the lake and the downtown amenities. The property has quick access to I-90, so it was an easy trip to the Spokane airport and to the wineries in the surrounding area. Also, the property owners, Julie and Roger, were courteous and prompt. They refunded our security deposit very quickly. We highly recommend this property."

  • Charming

"We walked in and fell in love with this charming home. It's so central and within walking distance to everything we needed. We would go down to the lake, then out for a nice dinner and come home to have a nice quiet fire with a glass of wine to end the night. There's so much to do in Coeur d'Alene! We would recommend Angelo's and The Cellar for dinner. If you have younger kids, Tito's is great as they get to make their own pizza's. Hayley was a pleasure to deal with, and we will certainly recommend this home to others."

  • Great Place for Families

"My husband and I stayed here with our mostly teenage kids. This home is great - easily sleeping 9 people without filling up air mattresses or anything. The kids LOVED the games room and when we had trouble with the X Box, a quick text to Jake and he was over and fixed it for us. The location was perfect too with a grocery store just a short walk away and the beach a short drive away (we could've walked to the beach, but dang! It was too hot out!!). We really appreciated the A/C in the house too! I would definitely stay here again. For our family, it beat a hotel hands down. And I've already recommended it to a friend!"
