  • Excellent place to stay!

"We just came back from CDL where we stayed in the Condo for 9 days with our two little kids. The place is absolutely great: super clean, well equipped and maintained! We simply felt at home. Location is only few blocks away from the beach. All necessities are in the condo (spices, extra towels, books, list of restaurants etc) Bob, the owner, came in no time to help with Wi-Fi connection that dropped for some reason. Super nice guy! Highly recommend this place and would go back."

"This was an awesome home for a family vacation! It was our first vacation in Coeur d'Alene. There were fourteen of us who stayed in the home. Our youngest family member was seven months old. The home was more beautiful and spacious than I had imagined from the pictures. The beds were comfortable and it was all nicely furnished. The two large refrigerators were very handy. The large seating area outside the main floor was so nice for extra space. I especially enjoyed the hot tub in this area. We used the dining area by the kitchen for breakfasts and the dining area on the second floor for dinners. The boat dock and lawn were great for sunbathing. The swimmers enjoyed the private swimming area. Our young people enjoyed the pool table, large TV's and exercise equipment. The lake views were amazing along with the sunrise and sunsets. There were many activities that the family enjoyed such as; boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and cycling. We would need another week in this place to explore other activities that were available. A nice surprise was enjoying fresh red raspberries that we could buy from a home garden down the road. Seven of our group participated in an exciting mountain run on Schweitzer Mountain on our last day. I cannot comment on restaurants since we had great chefs in the family. The location was perfect for our family. It was peaceful and quiet even with a big family. The stairs were more challenging than I expected but of course I am in my eighties. I am so thankful for the kindness and helpfulness that the manager was in answering our questions and working with us. Thank you to the owners for making this beautiful home available! We would love to come back again some day."

"I would like to say we had the most memorable, fun, relaxing enjoyable time staying at this home. There were 8 of us 4 adults and 4 kids and there was never once a time that we felt as if we were smothering one another. The beauty and love one feels when they walk in to this home is unforgettable. We never got the chance to meet you Ros but all I can say is every conversation we had with you was amazing and your kind heartedness was always felt. If you are looking for a romantic/family/fun or just relaxing getaway this is definitely the number 1 place to go. My Husband and I were saying even if Silverwood wasn't there (only 15-20min away) we would have enjoyed it all the same and so would the kids. Thank you once again for allowing us to have your home as a family memory we will never forget. Thank you Tony, Janine the boys and Ida, Dave and the girls:)"

  • Family Vacation

"We have been to Coeur D'Alene the last three summers. This was the first time wie stayed at this condo. It was by far our favorite. The condo itself it bright and clean and has everything you could need. But the best part is the location . . .so close to everything. We were able to walk to the beach, downtown and to tubbs hill with two small children (which isnt always an easy thing!). We will definitely be back."
