  • Great Snowcreek Condo

"We have vacationed in the Sun Valley area for many years and this is probably the nicest condominium we have stayed in yet. It is very nicely updated, well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Excellent Stay

"We had a wonderful 8 day stay at this condo, which provided everything we needed for an excellent vacation in Sun Valley. We chose the apartment because of its proximity to relatives we were visiting in the area, who live only 2 blocks away. So that was perfect. Beyond that, the condo is located within a 2 minute walk to everything you need in town, so it’s unbelievably convenient for anyone! While we weren’t there in winter, it seems that it’s an equally easy walk to the slopes. We love the open feeling of the living room, dining room and adjacent deck – great for hanging out with our family, which generally meant 6 or 7 people, including a 22 month-old who was kept busy with the abundant array of toys at the condo. Whether hanging out on the deck or on the incredibly comfy couch in the living room, the view of the mountain is sensational. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a terrific meal – which we did frequently during our stay. Barbequed on the deck a few times as well. But of course there are some superb restaurants in town – particularly wowed by the Knob Hill Inn Grill (amazing view), which we understand is tough to get into during high season (we were there during what is referred to as slack), and loved Michael’s Christiana. Coffee at Java or The Grinder mid-mornings was a treat as well. Also enjoyed food shopping at both the Market and Atkinsons – surprisingly good selection with nice array of healthy choices. Overall, the condo has everything you need – high quality, comfortable beds, a washer dryer, plenty of linens, etc. Accommodations, with one master bedroom (a queen bed), another room with a single twin plus bunk beds and an additional single room, seem best suited for one couple and up to 4 kids… or a couple and 2 singles (2 more if the extra singles don’t mind sharing a room or sleeping in a bunk bed). Making our arrangements we smooth and easy – Jennifer was always accessible and an excellent communicator. Overall… a wonderful experience."

  • Best Place to Stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum

"i have stayed here many times over the last six years. It is truly a retreat. The home itself is charming, not the large granite tiled monstrosities that litter Ketchum. It has a terrific yard and patio that are lovely and quiet in the summer and a large dining table to gather around near the fireplace in the winter. We have enjoyed the home with groups of all sizes, from 4 adults to several families. You can rent the cottage across the patio to expand the accommodation. From this property, we enjoy the alpenglow on the mountains, fish the wood river, ride the extensive paved bike trail, access the mountain trails for hiking and mountain biking, x-country ski, ride the chairlifts at the ski resort, and then walk to town for dinner, drinks and shopping! All of this without ever getting into the car. The owner is wonderfully accommodating. When one member of our party got a flat tire on a Sunday, not only did the owner arrange for another night so that the tire could be repaired, she even recommended where to go for the best service on the repair! She is a dog lover and will let your fuzzy kids stay with you at this property. One of the only, and certainly the best, options for those traveling with their canine companions."

  • Great home for multi-generation family

"This a wonderful home for a multi-generation family. There are three very separate zones in the house so our group of grandparents and two younger couples with two kids each fit perfectly. The living room, kitchen, dining and family rooms are spacious so there is plenty of common space for socializing or getting away for some private time. The kitchen is especially well equipped, with cooking supplies and cooking utensils, pots and pans for any needs. The large island with bar chairs was perfect for the 3 and 5 year old to do art projects while everyone else was cooking. The location is quite close to Ketchum. One day we walked into town on the nearby Wood River trail and then took the free bus back (stop is right at the entrance to Lane Ranch). We also used the provided bikes to bike the same Wood River Trail. The excellent pool and tennis courts are about a ten minute walk on a sidewalk (and a 2 minute drive). The facilities are never crowded and our youngsters were there everyday (sometimes twice a day) The house is centrally located for fishing the many streams in the area - including the Big Wood and Big Lost. We unfortunately had cold and wet weather during our week, so our fishing was curtailed, but having a great house allowed for compensating indoor activities. In summary, this is a great house and we thought a great value for Sun Valley. You can't go wrong renting it!"
