"My wife found the Loft online when we were trying to line up a place to stay near Spokane where Our Son and Daughter live and near Hayden Lake for the marathon she planned on running Saturday morning. We are an active outdoor family and enjoyed the lake with the complimentary Kayaks, canoe, paddleboards and paddle boat. We BBQ'd outside, enjoyed a fire on the dock and left feeling relaxed and Blessed. Truly a unique opportunity."

"We had such a great time at this lake cabin. It was perfect for our needs (kids ages 9 & 12 with primary goal of playing in the water the whole weekend). It has a great dock, beach & swim area. Lots of deck space overlooking the lake with great views. There are neighbors but they are not so close as to be intrusive. This is a great area of the lake. Very relaxing & beautiful. I enjoyed lounging on the top deck with a book when my kids were noisy & rowdy in the water. I could still watch them but not get splashed. The kids loved the loft bedroom. The cabin is not fancy or very modern but was cute, comfy and everything we needed. The owner was a very nice man, easy to work with and communicate with. We went in August and the weather was perfect. We hope to be back next summer.
Things to be aware of:
The road is narrow & driveway is steep. We got a lot of good exercise going up & down the stairs. Not the cabin for toddlers or anyone who can't do stairs."

"This lake house is the most amazing place in Idaho! Half way between us (both sets of parents/grandparents and our grown kids and their two boys) we each drove 300 miles to come here. This house is so comfortable and livable. One grandpa was on crutches with a broken ankle and other then the few steps to get down to the front porch he was able to maneuver the place very well. The master bath has a walk in shower besides the jetted tub, so he was set. All the living is on one level (two other kings beds in the downstairs) so he was able to play pool, get to the table, deck and everything but the boat dock, but just sitting on the deck under the evergreen trees watching bald eagles, mallards and other birds catching fish was awesome. We even saw deer. Those that could get to the dock saw little fish in the water ducking in and out of the water plants. I was up early one morning and took my coffee out to the deck and got to see a bald eagle chase another bird that had just caught a fish, the fish fell about 40 feet with such force that it sounded like a gunshot echoing around the lake. One night we had the most awesome thunder crashing. The acoustics are outrageous there. All in all our visit was the most relaxing time. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in in my entire life. Everything is furnished so luxuriously. We felt like kings and queens. Thank you guys for sharing your lovely lake house. We will defiantly stay there again."
