"The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything that we needed. The location was ideal, beautiful view of the lake/mountains and the center of activity in Bayview. It was within short walking distance of the Mercantile store and several restaurants. The private swimming area was a plus during a very busy 4th of July weekend and the birdseye view of the boat launch was entertaining. Highly recommend this condo."

"Condo was exceptionally clean; great location between CD'A and Sandpoint, adjacent to Farragut and just down the road from Silverwood. We are already planning next year's trip! Comfortable accommodations. Kitchen stock could be improved, i.e. extra glasses, oven-safe containers for cooking, blender, cheese grater, a working toaster, teapot. What was there was sufficient for a couple of people who might not be interested in cooking much, but our family of 6 ate in most of the week."

"We had 15 people meet in Idaho for a Silverwood family trip. I was a little nervous that there wouldn't be enough room for everyone but there was no need to worry...this house was just perfect for us! Lots of beds and space to spread out. There were even bikes for all the kids to ride and lots of outdoor space to explore. There was a close call with a forest fire in the area. Kimm and his sister were both very good about calling and giving us updates to make sure it was safe for us at the house. Fortunately, not even the nearby fire and smoke could wreck our fun. Even after a full day at Silverwood the kids wanted to be outside riding bikes and generally enjoying themselves. We were very impressed with this property and will certainly plan our next trip around the availability of it in the future."

"Absolutely loved our stay at this Bayview, Idaho waterfront condo. Wanted to experiance Bayview's small town America 4th-of-July celebration, and this unit was the perfect place to do so. I felt like I was in the VIP section as I watch the wonderful fireworks show out on the lake from the unit's deck.
The unit from the outside does not look like anything special, but once you open the door you feel like you are in a high-end home. The condo is spacious and has two really nice bedrooms with queen beds, with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom. There is also a fun bunk-bed room for kids. The kitchen has granite counter tops and nice stainless steel appliances. It was well stocked with the basis like plates, cups, bowls, cooking pots and pans. Even a blender and coffee maker provided. Nice BBQ on the deck and the propane tank was full which made it nice to not have to worry about running out during our stay.
It was unusually hot for Bayview, temperatures in the day were in the 90s. However, the unit's air conditioner and the ceiling fans kept the rooms nice and cool. The only down side was it was a bit of a walk up to get in the luggage and supplies from the back side of the unit where parking is provided. People with limited mobility and families with really young children might get discourage having to walk up and down the flight and 1/2 of stairs each time to get in and out of the unit.
The little swimming area on the lake in front of the condo was nice - perfect way to get cooled down fast. Also tons of places for walking and hiking in town and the nearby State park. If you had bikes you could cover even more of the park.
Bayview does not really have a grocery store, so make sure you heed the advice to pick up groceries on the way into town. There is a little mercantile store for cold drinks and it does have some limited supplies in case you forget something, or run out the basics. Not much available right in town restaurant wise, but it does have a couple of fun bars to check out.
Speaking of bars, the unit would not be good for light sleepers during the weekend as both bars had live bands playing unit midnight or 1am. The unit faces one bar on the lake, so pretty hard to avoid the music - not sure what a normal weekend or night is like.
The owner was very easy to work with - answered all our questions before we got there, and everything was as advertised on the booking site. Would definitely stay here again!"
