"We stayed for two weeks in February and had a great time mountain riding at Two Top Mt. very convenient to snowmobile trails and Boon Docks restaurant a mile away has great food. Cabin was clean and hot tub was sooo nice after a hard day of snowmobiling. would definately come back to stay here."

  • IM CDA 2014

"The location was great for IM weekend. ½ block off the bike course and 3 off the run course – perfect for spectating. A couple blocks away from the beach and Tubbs Hill. The owner recommended some great local restaurants within walking distance and there is also a supermarket a few blocks away. On top of it all, the house was better than advertised. Will definitely look here first when I return."

  • Comfortable Small Town Feeling With Wonderful Scenery

"As an older couple (celebrated out 52nd anniversary this year), we like to vacation in the autum, when the leaves are changing color and the smell of Fall is in the air. The hot days of Summer are finished, and the cold days of Winter still seem a world away. We especially enjoy vacationing in small towns where the frantic pace of our usual city life is out of sight and mind, where we can unwind and enjoy a slower pace. We look for places to stay that are simple and pleasant and, if we can, places that have been lived in and enjoyed by real people. We like being able to cook for ourselves, seldom eating in restaurants. We like places where our dogs (two Standard Poodles) feel comfortable, and have a safe, fenced area to play. Staying in motels is out! At the same time, we’ve found that the key to a relaxing vacation like this is where we choose to stay. Mornings in the kitchen were great. The sunlight poured in, making it warm and cozy. Out the kitchen and back door windows, we could watch as the sun came up, slowly revealing the hills and trees as the ground fog burned away and the sky turned a brilliant, clear blue. Your cottage was very comfortable, with an old-time feel, an easy-to-use kitchen and up-to-date technology. Would recommend to anyone wanting a respite from city life and many opportunities for outdoor activities."

  • Weekend Away from Boise

"This was the best customer service that we've had from a VRBO stay. Janice and Linda were the best with calling us to see how the stay was going and to help us with a TV concern. The cottage was quiet and well stocked. Being able to bring our dog with us and not paying to board her was a bonus. The hot tub was excellent once we figured out how to heat it (this is my one suggestion for the cottage's notebook!). Don't let the outside pine needles fool you...the cottage looks like a ski chalet once you get inside. The pre-chopped firewood for the wood stove was awesome. This place had character plus modern conveniences. I'm sure that it is even more awesome when it is snowing!"
